Oakley Mod 1 MIPS Junior Helmet M

My son received this helmet from his dad for his birthday this year. He got it in black to go with his new bike. He really loves it. He typically doesn't want to wear his helmet for fear of looking "uncool" in his words but this one makes him feel great! It goes really well with the style of his bike and it got really good safety standards too boot. I love it!

A great helmet!

I did a decent amount of research before choosing this helmet. I was looking for a helmet that was safe, stylish, and affordable. Although I purchased at the Next Adventure website, I initally tried it on, along with several other helmets, and it was a great fit and looked good, too. The best part? The magnetic chin strap buckle!! It makes securing and removal of the strap almost effortless! Following the maiden voyage of the helmet this past weekend, I love it. A terrific price for a solid helmet.

Good looking helmet

I really like the look of this helmet compared to other brand. The quality seems pretty good. I’m not a snowboarder expert but it seems to be good enough for beginners. I bought the grey one on sale and fit well. My baseball cap size is 7 3/8 and I opt to get the XL so I can wear it with a skull cap/balaclava. I think the L would fits well if you’re not wearing anything underneath it. The adjustable BOA is a plus!

Great snow helmet

I liked the magnetic helmet clip. It made it fast and easy to clip my helmet with gloves on. The fit was a little snug but it looked good and worked well.

Helmet fits large

Good quality helmet for the price. BOA tightening system is very effective. Ear flaps do not provide as much coverage and are not as well padded as on more expensive helmets. Helmet fits large as I wear XL in other brands but found L fits better in this case.

Pretty solid helmet

Helmet is good, very warm. Feels comfortable. I got a size larger than the measurements because the size I measured into was too small. The only complaint I have is that the back goggle strap doesn’t snap closed or anything and my goggles fell off the back a few times. Good over all

Solid helmet

Decent helmet for the price, really uncomfortable with the liner taken out. I was hoping to put my goggle strap underneath but couldn’t because if this. Great helmet with the liner in and fits perfectly with most Oakley goggles.

Tried them all

I tried on almost every helmet in the market. A lot give you dome head, or are too fancy, or had huge ear flaps.I found this one to be sleek, with a nice full bonnet inside for your head. I do slide my music chips inside the ear flaps, although there isn't technically "speaker pockets" and it works great!Love the magnetic strap buckle too. Helmet stays put on my head, does not move around, and I usually forget in even wearing it.

Yes I would purchase for her again

My granddaughter loved the helmet. It was purchased for snowboarding but we have had no snow yet. They are going to try and open on the 14th.

oakley helmet

By far the best helmet i have ever bought. It fits perfectly an the clip is amazing. Dont reccomend the gray or black because scratches are very noticable.
