Bought this 6 months ago. Dilution is 70ml/litre which is up to 7 times more than other poisons. It’s a 1litre bottle. I use a 5litre spray bottle using 350ml of poison per round. I usually need to refill the 5litre spray bottle 3 times to poison all edges around the yard and garden so this 1litre bottle does not provide for the entire yard. It is a VERY expensive monthly cost which I refuse to buy again for reasons. 1) It does NOT kill grass unless every single blade of grass is covered & saturated in the poison. It is acid based and entire plant must be 100% covered with it to be effective. If I do this I would need to refill my 5litre spray bottle twice as much (6 x 5litre) instead of the almost 3 doubling the price for 2x 1litre bottles of this overpriced ... MoreBought this 6 months ago. It has cost me twice the price as I’ve needed to RE-DO the entire yard with a different poison and grass is even longer than when I first started with this organic nonsense.

There are some bad reviews here for slasher, but I'm not sure why. It definitely absolutely kills weeds which is what it's supposed to do. Make sure you use it as directed. My only complaint is that it is significantly more expensive than round up type weedkillers. You have to use more to do the job, but it definitely does the job. Weeds start dying within an hour as stated. Also, because you have to cover the entire plant for it to work there is less chance of damage to other plants through excess spray drifting onto them. Great product.

I bought this a month ago and finally it has been dry enough to use. My garden was very weedy, onion weed and clover are a scourge. This has controlled rampant mint, onion weed, clover and all of the other broad leaf weeds in hours. Used on a mild day, min 9 deg max 24 in April. It's been a wet few months but Easter was dry. I love the quick results. have used it at 70ml/litre and have sprayed 20L

Wish I'd known earlier about Bioweed (thank you, reviewer who mentioned it!); Slasher is near-useless by comparison. Have bought it several times in attempts to control weeds on a gravel pathway at my rental - per others' comments, it's somewhat effective initially, but weeds come back in a flash. Also, the nozzle and pump for the ready-to-use spray are terrible. After 5 minutes or so, the product dribbles profusely down my gloves rather than spraying from the nozzle; and once the container's half-empty, it will only spray directly forward - not downwards, where the weeds are (obviously). Bunnings, you're great, but this is mediocre buy at best.

Some got their leaves burnt, others within them didn’t get affected at all. In short - don't waste your money. It starts at around 2.5 times the cost of glyphosate and the mixing ration is about 2.5 times that of glypho (70mls per litre of water compared to 20 or 30). Effectively making it 6 times more expensive to spray on in the first place. Combine this with the need to spray 2 to 3 times (over a number of weeks) to ensure weeds actually die and you're burning money. Bought it to try - will NEVER bother again. Should be advertised as 'weed suppressant'.
Slasher is by far the best weedkiller I've come across. Knocks out whatever leaf surfaces it contacts plus sneaky **** regrowth super quickly. Weekkiller that's glyphosate free is a must because I want my soils to remain clean, not be contaminated with dangerous chemicals. Derived from plant oils, it's organic,soil friendly and deadly to weeds!
Have been looking for a glyphosate-free **** killer for years, Slasher is perfect! In the Brisbane floods pest and noxious seeds washed through our gardens & burst into growth. From thousands of tiny eruptions, weeds everywhere, to much larger infestations, within hours the effects were obvious. Dead weeds, happy gardener, love it, love it!
The title is click bait to get you hooked.A good **** killer for both spot weeds and large infestations. Effective against most weeds in paths and garden beds. Used it for several years. Would definitely recommend.Andrew
A complete waste of money. Yes it's quick, the weeds appear to die off rapidly but because it only dries out the leaves and leaves the roots intact, it's only a matter of time before the weeds flourish again. Sometimes a weed will require spraying 4 or 5 times with a week between sprays before it finally dies.Add to that, in actual use, per spray, it costs about 5 times the price of other effective herbicides.The photo is of a weed which has now been sprayed 4 times and the regrowth 2 weeks after the last spray after appearing dead
