These tires are fantastic! Previously had some crappy econo tires on our 2018 Chevy Silverado that caused us to have trouble on everything. Even struggled on grass. Very easily controllable and well balanced tire. Suprisingly well handling too! And quiet! We liked these tires so much we even put them on our 2012 Toyota Sienna minivan! We noticed the same improvements so far aswell. The only thing about these tires that has made me upset is the fact that they don't come in 235/55/R17 so I could put them on my Crown Victoria! (Please make them in 235/55/R17!)

Bought set of 4 tires with mounting/balancing (first balance). Within 1000 miles (long road trip) noticed a vibration in both the steering wheel and seat. I suspected a balancing error and took it back to the dealer. They rebalanced them because they were all out of balance (second balance). After about 200 miles on them, the vibration was back. Again, I want back and they rebalanced them (third balance). After 50 or 60 miles I took it back in and when they checked balance, they were out of balance AGAIN!! (he needed to take pics of the reading of the tire machine to verify unbalance to BFGoodrich. (that was forth and last try). The absolute worse tires I have ever owned when it comes to winter driving. There are on a 2005 Toyota 4Runner. I have always been satisfied with the All Terrain K02s, and extremely impressed with General Grabber A/TX tires, both of the aforementioned seeing severe winter weather with snow drifts and icy roads. Surprisingly I've never felt the need to air down either of the two when winter conditions worsen in all of the years when using the K02s and Grabber ATXs. These Trail terrains have only encountered only the light stuff, packed snow, three or inches of fresh snow, wet/slushy snow, etc. I have not encountered any severe conditions remotely close to what I have went through with the KO2s and the Grabbers, issues that I have never thought twice about in the past.My approach now is purchasing a second set of Grabber ATXs, or KO2s for winter driving and run the Trail Terrains in the spring/summer/fall until it is time for replacement, then go back with either one of my two picks year round.

Just spent 3 days in the Tahoe Basin with these tires. I wasn't sure how well they would do but I was utterly surprised. Long story told short.... I arrived in Tahoe after 11.5hrs of delays in the Sierras because of avalanches and accidents. (Typically a 4hr trip)Made it to our Tahow house at 4am. The streets were 2ft deep in fresh snow. We drove through this deep powder at 4am in the dark and getting stuck was NOT an option we cared to experience.Our 2001 Toyota 4Runner 4WD with CLD plowed slowly and surely. Stopped when we needed to and regained traction and continued on.The 2023 Super Storms in California were the perfect snow test. I highly recommend these tires. IG @calspeed
I have about 15,000 miles on these 2019 Expedition Heavy Tow. Have had several different BFG tires on my SUVs over the yrs. My Sequoia had Rugged Terrains before they were discontinued those we’re heavier, louder and definitely not as smooth especially in cold temps. Then I put Advantage T/A on the Sequoia which were far better Highway tires but definitely missing sipping for really good snow performance but they were ok in snow.The new Trail Terrains definitely found the sweet spot between super heavy A/T and not enough A/T. They are way superior to the stock Hancook oem tire Ford had on the Expedition which was absolutely lousy in wet and snow.The Trail Terrains were only about 1mpg impact over the low rolling resistance OEM highway tires. 3 months and so far a great tire. Installed a 285 series on our 22 4 runner and can say they are quiet, smooth, not over heavy so fuel economy has not taken a huge hit and for the off road use which is not mud bogging or anthing to extreme these are great. You can air these down to 15psi with no issue as well. Good combo if you are about 70% on road and 30% off road as in our case. We have not taken them in snow yet but should be no issue. The 4 runner is a beast in those conditions and I expect these tires to be an asset. Seem to balance well if you have experienced guys installing as well.
I brought these tires after reading the reviews and having 3 sets of rugged trails on my 2004 ram 2500..This is a Ram 100 2019.I live on a gravel road with crushed rock which is hard on tires. I brought them this last winter and got about 7000 miles on them and have had good traction on snow and ice. This summer so far they look very good for tire wear. i do know that the 20-inch rims on ram pickup are a pain on gravel roads when they get muddy and the mud sticks on the inner rim and throws the tire out of balance. so, you have to wash the inner rim and get the dirt of off them or it will vibrate the truck . Had the same problem on my 2011 ram and other people i talk to have the same problem when driving on dusty muddy roads. I purchased these tires for a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The tires have 1000 miles on them now and have been driven through ice, snow and extended highway driving. The performed flawlessly in all conditions! The tires look great, handle great and are very quiet. Living in Colorado, I needed something more than the highway tires the Jeep came with and I did not want a tire as aggressive looking as the KO2's. The Trail TA's fit nicely right between. I highly recommend them.
Trail Terrain that's funny. These can't even handle paved road terrain. I didn't even have these 6 months before one started falling apart. A budge and rip in the side wall. I have only been able to drive on paved roads and grass with these so far. I put them on a light weight GMC Terrain SUV. I am used to AT truck tires on my 1/2 ton and 1 ton. These have good grip and I like the look but, not the quality. I did not expect to have to buy a new tire in less than 6 months. I have driven other brands through a lot more that paved roads and never had this problem. I doubt I will buy BFGoodrich tires again. Seems like a lot of hype with poor results.

I was extremely happy with this performance.These tires fit what I was looking for to a T. Excellent on snow and performed better on trails than I expected. It’s backed with 60k limited warranty and I could not be happier with my purchase.
