Office 2021 Home & Business

I had to buy Office 2021 in order to continue using Outlook with Gmail. For that, I am very UNHAPPY WITH GOOGLE because I'm out $220 just to keeping using "free" Gmail in an organized manner via Outlook!!! I'm not stupid enough to use Gmail for sensitive personal information, so I couldn't care less about Googles stupid "enhanced" security.As for Office 2021, I had NO PROBLEMS buying it from Amazon and installing it from the Microsoft site. I read about all the people that said they "threw their money away" on Office 2021 because of installation problems or the email link not working. Perhaps they did not understand the process or their computer did not meet the hardware or software requirements. So I was a little nervous about buying this from Amazon for a savings of only $30 from the MS site. But $30 is $30 so I tried it and had no problems.Not only did I easily and successfully update from Office 2016 to Office 2021, but I also updated from the 32-bit version of Office 2016 to the 64-bit version of Office 2021. To do that, I did have to first un-install all of Office 2016 because the 64-bit version will not load if you still have the 32-bit version installed. BTW, the email from Amazon with the link to MS will ONLY WORK ONCE but all you have to do is log onto your MS account and the ability to download and install is all still there. You just can't access it directly from the email link anymore.I was also pleasantly surprised to find that somehow the new Outlook 2021 magically found ALL my old PST files without me doing anything, and set up all my Gmail inboxes just like I had them before with Outlook 2016. I have multiple Gmail accounts active in Outlook and dozens of folders under them, with over 11 Gigabytes of stored messages. So, I am very happy that the new Outlook set everything up just like it was, even though I had already un-installed the 2016 version. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint were the same. Opening them brought up the list of the most recent documents and everything was just like nothing had changed, except now it showed that I was using 2021 instead of 2016 version.I also don't know why some people said their documents didn't work the same, as everything was copasetic with my update. All my documents looked the same and worked the same, including macros, conditional formatting, formulae, margins, headers/footers, etc. So, other than having to fork out money thanks to Google, I am VERY PLEASED with my Microsoft Office 2021 migration going so smoothly and effortlessly. Not something I can usually say about the Microsoft experience.

Never got what I ordered. Thus I can’t tell you what I think of Office 2021 Home and Business. Got 2021 Pro instead with one major app I can’t use. Up to that point I was satisfied that this is a legitimate and honest operation and still do if I can just get the office app I wanted. Excel and Word work perfectly. But I really need a working copy of Outlook. Please fix this error and I’ll be a satisfied customer and will change my review accordingly. Thank you for hearing my sad story.

Fast and Easy

Getting the MS Office Home & Business 2021 software was easy to download. TTT included easy to follow instructions on how to download and install the software I purchased through email. Be aware that you will need to log in or create a Microsoft account for this product. I did have an issue of uninstalling a previous version of Office on our computer that initially didn't allow us to install the 2021 version we purchased. Once we got it resolved, the product was everything we needed for word processing documents and spreadsheets. Definitely will buy again through TTT because of the very quick turnaround...I just got to make sure I don't have any old office versions installed on the computer before I do.

Is one of the best I own

I love how Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 allows the consumer to easily identify which platform they would like to use with a tool bar on the left side. It is very similar to choosing an app on your phone with icons that signify the platform that you would like the utilize. In addition, I also love that they have little features such as Calendar and Task/To-Do. My co-workers and I utilize the Calendar feature to make sure that we know who is on holiday and when to schedule meetings. For the Task/To-Do feature, I like that I am able to type what needs to be done and it will show up on the sidebar. It also allows you to check off the list once something is done, which is cool and neat feature! Like it

Initially we considered Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 due to running 2 versions of Office 2010 STD/PRO. Then we experienced service consistency issues with our former VOIP provider, which intern affected collaborations between users and clients. Office Home and Business offered the same services as the VOIP provider, but with lots more to offer. We made the switch to Office the pricing was comparable to our former VOIP provider. Office Home and Business offered collaborative tools plus its foundation of productivity tools. The familiarity of Office made it easy for users to adapt and adopt.

Oh, the guided install is kinda broken!

Having just went through this myself, if you just got a new (windows 10) computer and have word as a program you can run on the computer. That version appears to be an office 365/ 2019 version. It will attempt to help you put the serial number for 2021 in, link it to your account and tell you to continue in the program (if you have the 2019 version).This is the 2021 version and when you return to word, you get an error saying you don't have word on your account would you like to buy it.The solution at this point is to go to the office.com site. Go to the subscriptions section. Find the office2021 subscription, and install it.

Talk about aggravations and Frustrations

I purchased a Copy of Microsoft Office 2021 for $254.00 .. I had a new Dell Dekstop Computer with Windows 11 installed. It got corrupted I took it to a Local Computer store and they had to reformat the computer.. The insisted that they install a version of Windows 10 for less problems than Windows 11 causes.. Now when I try to install my Office Home and Business Key for 2021 version they say I have already used this Key.I am missing a day of work a Monday and I see that B&H isn't even open. I really don't care to have the frustrations and poor service I would get if I tried to contact Microsoft. that would be a Joke .No I don't have an office 365 Subscription ..
