I cannot get into my account because I cannot remember my password and I cannot reset my password because I have 2 step authorization and the phone number listed is no longer valid because I got a new number. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Microsoft because you cannot get ahold of a live person. This is rediculous! I need help to find a way to reset my password.

Although last year’s experience of the installation and activation process was 5* and incredibly straightforward, for some reason, I had great difficulty this time round. Not being a techie, I don’t understand why this was, so can’t really explain my problems. But after a bit of hit and miss and a lot of perseverance, I think I have done it correctly now, but I’m still not even 100% sure of that. 2gosoftware still provided the best price, which is why I returned to them. However, as I rarely use my Windows 10 laptop (far too clunky, complicated and slow compared to my extremely intuitive iPad Mini 5), although I don’t really understand what this product actually does, I still feel it’s something I probably need to buy and install.

I recently used 2GOSoftware.eu to purchase and install software, and I must say, it was a seamless experience. Their software is 100% legitimate, and I was able to install it safely and securely. I appreciated their excellent customer service, as they were always available to answer my questions and assist me with any issues I encountered. I highly recommend 2GOSoftware.eu for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy platform to buy, install, and use software.

Still early days using Microsoft 365 under an annual licence arrangement, instead of purchasing the product outright, so may be a while before I know how worthwhile it is. I have found some elements confusing when it comes to downloading, installing and activating different elements - it isn't always clear that a whole programme has been installed and it is only when going to use it that I realise more is needed. Would have preferred a clear option to install and activate everything.

Don’t waste ur money.

I’ve bought your product Microsoft office 365 and after month of use now it’s not working. It keeps saying cannot upload the file. Tried to contact and Shawn Verma just asked for the screen shots and then gone silent. Cause you got my money and I’m the looser. Anyway not happy with ur product and the service. This is a doggie company.

If you're buying this for the 5TB of lifetime data storage, don't. Just don't!

If you're buying this for the 5TB of lifetime data storage, don't. Microsoft will lock you out eventually. I've been using it for over 9 months now and I've uploaded close to 1TB of data and a couple of days ago, Microsoft locked me out of their One Drive. You can tell they blocked me by the word "Throttle" in the website URL. Luckily I have the same data stored on local disks but i I could've easily lost all this data for ever. When I purchased the licence I was warned not to use it to share files and I can honestly say I haven't shared a single file in all this time. I can still access my O365 account settings and I can still download the O365 apps but if you are only interested in the 5TB of storage, look elsewhere

Ripped off! And a refund requested

I have renewed my membership for 12months in Jan 2022.For some reason my office suite suddenly stopped working and your product suddenly appeared in my email.With out thinking I purchased a copy of your office suite.I requested a refund of $29.95 through PayPal, but did not receive any refund.Pease return my funds immediately to avoid further action.Thank you

Stay Away from this License

Bought this lifetime license which was locked to a school in India. Obviously, someone is frauding Microsoft with the educator sector in India by obtaining license keys from them and selling them for a profit. It may be advertised as a lifetime, but beware, as Microsoft could revoke their license anytime, providing you with no protection as everything is locked with their school license. They will disappear after you pay and will not respond to feedback.
