I have tried so many conditioners. Most of them say "they will soften your damaged hair." Or They will give you vomule. Not only is my hair fine, but i like to keep my length long, I wanna be good to my hair, ya know? Keep her hydrated and shiney. Plus my ends get dry easily. And that was my issue. Other conditioners weighed my hair down. Sometimes i would just use shampoo because i knew if i used conditioner id only get through half a day before my hair was greasy. But i found it. Its ogx biotin conditioner in the purple bottle. My hair looks so good! Its silky, its soft, its shiney. It does not weigh my hair down or make me greasy. It actually looks and feels stronger/healthier. It even effing smells amazing. 10/10. Would recommend. 🫶🏻🔥🤯

Lately, due to stress and some nutritional deficiencies, my hair has been looking limp, lackluster and awful. For context, I have low density hair but it is generally thick, wavy and big. Blisters and blood on my 8 year old son

Please, for the love of your children, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. He washed his hair last night before bed at 8pm. By 4 am he woke from his sleep saying his scalp is burning. I initially thought that he must have not washed all the product out. So he gotbin the shower to wash the rest of his hair and his scalp is bleeding in at least 30 open wounds. There are blisters around all of these open wounds. Some of these affected areas take up an inch and a half by 2 in. He has spots over his entire scalp. Bleeding open wounds and puss white blisters. We are heading to the doctors now.

EXTREME HAIR LOSS

Most of the reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. I've been looking for a sulfate and paraben free shampoo that will give my hair volume. I wash my hair every 2 - 3 days and take good care of it. On the second use, I noticed a shocking amount of hair on my hands as I rinsed out the comditioner!! Thinking it might have been stress related, I used the shampoo and conditioner a third time. More hair fell out!!But the kicker was when my son decided to use the set after seeing the extra bottles in the hall closet. He yelled out from the shower and sticks his hand out with a clump of hair, and said, "Mom, look!!" Needless to say, I returned all 4 bottles the next day!! Hair fell out and product dries out hair and removes it

I am a 51-year-old white female. My hair is starting to thin and I wanted it to look fuller so I looked up products and this was recommended. I used it once and I filled up my Drain catcher with large strands of clumps of hair. It says that it gives the appearance of fuller thicker hair. What does as it dries it out so bad that it frizzes. It is absolutely terrible. After using this product and seeing what what did to my hair and all of the hair that I lost in the first washing and the fact that it's not hydrated or silky I will never use this product again. It freezes out and dries your hair out so bad and damages it beyond repair within the first two uses.

I've been using the OGX brand before J&J bought it out around 2016. The Biotin and Collagen line used to be amazing, it actually made my hair look and feel thicker, and other people noticed it too (this was in 2015). But as the years have come and gone, and I do intermittently change out my shampoo and conditioner throughout the seasons, the Biotin and Collagen shampoo and conditioner by OGX does little to nothing. I'm aware of the lawsuit and although I've never had problems with hair loss from this company (but definitely others), as someone who used to be loyal to this brand since early highschool, it has changed. The quality does not hold up and it's definitely not worth this price. Smells amazing leaves my hair silky soft and light

My hair has has always been in fairly good condition, naturally straight, I don’t use any heat tools and rarely even blow dry my hair and hardly ever used conditioner either but the past year it has been quite dry, dull and with a lot of frizzy strays/flyaways. I have been using this shampoo alongside the conditioner for about a month now and it has made my hair silky soft, shiny and less frizzy. I would say I have fine to normal hair but not a lot of it and with my hair being dark, I am very self conscious as my scalp and parting really show through especially on the days I haven’t washed my hair. From years of trying different thickening and volumising shampoos, I can say I’ve never com across anything that truly works on its own and I’ve only really been able to achieve the appearance of added volume if I use a thickening spray such as the John Frieda profiller or volume lift sprays after washing my hair and then blow drying after. I would love if OGX had something similar for this range as this is by far my favourite shampoo and conditioner and I absolutely adore the scent. I will definitely be repurchasing this

Wont use any other!

Love this! I started losing my hair after my first Covid. I believed this helped but NMW love this shampoo. It’s wonderful. I have long blonde hair when it grows! (Lost hair again with second Covid %26 wondering if going to lose it again with recent third Covid) Hope not! But love how it improves my hair - shine %26 fullness and smells good which I’m allergic to almost all smells. Not this one though. Use their conditioner too. I think after Losing my hair two x now, this shampoo n conditioner helped it come back in again and with fullness n shine. Love it. Husband uses it too. Wont use any other!

fragrant and smoothing

This shampoo contains biotin and collagen and promises to strengthen hair. I was surprised that it lathers well despite being sulphate free. It has a floral sweet fragrance. The shampoo cleans the hair well without leaving the hair stripped or dry scalp. I get alot of hair fall when washing hair and this shampoo has started to reduce that. It left hair soft and smooth even when hair is left to naturally dry which I was impressed with normally my hair can get frizzy when air dried. I hope that the biotin and collagen can take effect with longer term use. price wise is mid range. I have had to use dry shampoo in between washes to keep fresher for longer.

no more for me
