I was so impressed with the quality of the OGX Damage Remedy + Coconut Miracle Oil Extra Strength Conditioner. I have tried a few ācoconutā hair products in the past that have all left my hair feeling āheavyā and greasy after 24 hours. Thankfully, this beautiful product has done quite the opposite, giving my soft, lightweight hair that gets me another day between washes! This product has a thick consistency, but is easily spreadable. There is a beautiful smell that is subtle, so should suit most users. After prolonged use, my hair feels softer and looks healthier. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if your hair needs a little pick-me-up.

Upon arrival of this I immediately was intrigued by the bottles. They are super cute and stand out beautifully in my bathroom among a plethora of products. Next, I noticed the scent as it is strongly tropically scented, and I love it. It lasts several days after each wash/condition and I received so many compliments and love that it made my pillow smell great as well. As for the results, I wasnāt thrilled. I noticed that the shampoo say weird on the hair and almost made it feel slightly stringy or like straw. It did make a comeback with the conditioner and ultimately left my hair feeling and looking pretty good. I personally prefer a much more voluminous system but if your looking for shine and scent, this is where itās at.

I was gifted OGX damage remedy Plus coconut miracle oil shampoo and conditioner in exchange for my honest review. I love the smell of coconut! It's fun, it's pretty, it's very summery. However, I do not like how my hair felt after using the shampoo and conditioner. I applied the shampoo directly to the roots and red shaft so as to not unnecessarily dry out my ends. However, my hair is bleached from mid shaft to the tip I have natural salt and pepper from Roots in midshaft. My ends felt extremely dry and fragile, and the rest of my hair just felt dry. I shampood twice and felt fabulous; there is a nice lather and the fragrance IS lovely. I applied the conditioner and left in for about 5 minutes, but it's simply not hydrating and moisturizing enough for my hair. I absolutely got super excited to try this coconut miracle shampoo out. I have very thin damaged hair from bleaching it blonde for years. I applied this on my mid ends and it was so so silky in the shower. It felt like my hair was all new again. I loved the texture so much but was very hesitant to put it near my roots as I usually have oily hair. Putting this on my mid end helped to combat my frizz and also keep my hair feeling like silk. I could tell that the coconut helped to nourish the dry brittle hair and sealed it with moisture. I really do think that this product is a miracle product for anyone who uses a lot of heat devices on their hair. Amazing!
This is a lovely conditioner that does exactly as it says. Using this conditioner, my hair felt really moisturised and was definitely less tangled and softer post-shower. However, although I have a lot of it, my hair is on the fine side, so I did find that I needed to wash my hair sooner than I usually would have. Saying that, that would not dissuade me from using it, it may just be slightly more suited to thicker, more coarse hair types. Of all of the supermarket/chemist conditioners Iāve tried over the years, this is easily one of the best in terms of being moisturising and repairing. Plus, the smell alone makes it worth buying! The coconut fragrance would especially be delectable in the warmer months!
I have always wanted to try this brand because the bottles are so pretty, and the formulations sound good. I'm very picky with the brands I use though, since I have really long hair that needs TLC, color protection, and detangling. Not only was the bottle so pretty and looks good in my shower, lol, the results were great-and I have used a lot of salon brands. My colored hair was left manageable for the first time in a long time that I can remember. The smell is more of a fruity fake coconut than a real one, but I love the results to use it enough no matter how it smells. I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.
