OGX Heavenly Hydration Cherry Blossom Shampoo 385 ml

It's hard to find Cherry Blossom fragranced hair care in the U.S., so I was excited when I first found this Cherry Blossom shampoo by OGX! I find the smell is nice while taking a shower, but it does not last. It also doesn't smell as pretty as other Asian Cherry Blossom hair care lines, but it does clean my hair and leave it soft!

I have both the shampoo and conditioner for this scent and so far so good. My favorite thing about this product is the scent, it is a wonderful cherry blossom scent. On top of having a nice scent, this shampoo and conditioner has wonderful lasting power! I washed my hair almost 48 hours ago and I still get nice wafts of the scent when my hair moves. And the scent is very present when I actually go to sniff the hair!

Sorry but this is garbage. I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for more than 4 months now and I can confirm that this is not for me and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. First, I picked this shampoo and conditioner for the lovely smell but that’s the only good thing about this. This made my hair so dry and tangled. My hair has never felt so dehydrated even though this product supposed to do the opposite. I also notice that shampoo is super hard to spread in the wet hair. It’s so weird! I’m not sure why this has so many good comments but this is the worst shampoo in 2021!!

I have thin, oily hair. I usually alternate between different shampoos conditioners, so that I can see how my hair reacts to different things. Once I tried this brand, it was over. I have used this brand for years and it helps moisturize my hair and keep the oiliness at bay. I love it!

This shampoo attracted me because of the beautiful packaging and the fact that it claims to both volumize and hydrate, which is exactly what my fine, thin and dry hair needs. However, the shampoo doesn't deliver on some of it's promises. It does lather well and have a pleasant smell, but it does not give my thin hair any volume. I have thick, coarse, frizzy wavy hair. First i'll start with pros of this shampoo; the cute packaging and really nice smell texture. Those were the only things I liked about it.I had previously used their Argan Oil of Morocco shampoo which worked fine, however, this product just wasn't right for me. It stripped my hair and gave an overly clean feeling, similar to the texture of rubber which I'm not a huge fan of. It didn't lather very well so I had to use 4 handfuls of it, followed by a ton of conditioner from all the moisture I had lost. The ingredients are also a bit concerning, so definitely read the list before buying this.Because of the price and how fast it runs out, I won't be purchasing it again

This line is designed to be used by people with thick, textured hair. I have fine, damaged hair and use the conditioner as a hair mask and decided to try this also. It ended up being too heavy for my hair which is not a surprise, but I think even on very dry hair the combination of the shampoo and matching conditioner is too heavy.

Great for hair, not for scalp

I have mixed feelings about this shampoo so I gave it a 3. It does make my hair look amazing. My hair is pretty normal but my scalp is a bit on the dry side. I have dark brown, straight, fine, not chemically-treated hair. I gotta be honest..the pink color, packaging, and smell are the reasons I bought this shampoo. The smell is seriously heavenly! My hair feels great after shampooing. It doesn't get greasy easily and it looks gorgeous. BUT sadly my scalp is not very happy. I do have sensitive scalp and a lot of shampoos make my scalp itchy, if not develop dandruff. This shampoo makes my scalp very itchy and irritated. While I don't see dandruff or flakes, it makes my scalp very, very itchy that I have to stop using it, despite liking how my hair looks and feel. All my life I’ve had thick hair. My thick hair has survived a lot of bleaching, postpartum depression, a lot of cutting, not taking care of it, but it has ALWAYS stayed on my head. My hair has never ever fallen out. I used this shampoo for about a month before realizing IT WAS MAKING MY HAIR FALL OUT. I was experiencing extreme sudden hair loss, I was losing my mind. Not like it used to be

Used to use this shampoo and conditioner all the time. Then it seems to disappear for a while. Was ecstatic to find it back on the shelf, but it is not as it was. I am so disappointed. My hair tangles, doesn't shine any more and the perfume smells cheap. I won't be buying it any more.
