The bedsides are perfect, they are solid timber and look great and definitely worth the money. However on the other hand the 6 drawer chest lowboy is not what I expected, it's not solid timber and definitely NOT worth the money I paid for it. We are NOT happy with the chest of drawers. I will not be purchasing similar products from T&W again, I would now prefer to go to a store where I can view the product first.

Nice draws. Lots of instructions, time and patients to put together. Don't skip a step cause you'll end up taking it apart. The material is not that great quality. They are smaller than what they look from the picture but they are good for my babies room. They will damage quickly and easily with toddlers.

Great set of drawers for the price! Appearance correct to the reference image, although seem to look slightly taller in the image than in reality, the dimensions provided are accurate. Many many steps to put together, but the instructions aren't complicated. Easier to put together with the drill, but can be accomplished with the materials provided. A screwdriver, and a hammer.

Good enough for the price. But it's definitely cheap quality. There is excess glue on all of the joints, none of the panels have been gap filled, and the draws don't sit perfectly straight either. Not to mention it comes with basic white stickers to cover the screw holes on both sides, and the stickers look really cheap.

Went together fairly easy (for a flat pack) lolLooked great when finished. Bought for my dads room who just went into a nursing home. Only thing was there were supposed to be plugs that you put in to hide the heads of the screws and they weren't there. Other than that it is a nice piece of furniture.

The quality of the individual pieces are quite cheap and were chipped/cracked easily. However these pieces were on the inside of the drawers so it didn't matter. Ensure you read the measurements of the drawers as the height is shorter than most drawers. Overall, the quality is representative of the price and the assembled product is sturdy and on trend!

Really disappointed with this. Multiple pieces breaking as it's made of such bad quality chipboard, as well as metal brackets being crooked, and general finish on the paint very low quality. I would recommend Temple and Webster get rid of this from their line, I don't know if it will be useable for long.

Beautiful! I love the accent of the black handles. Streamlined appearance and good depth within the drawer, without the big, bulky look of other chest of drawers. I bought two, but might come back for a third... very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others

After assembling the unit, I would not recommend it.

Recived with chipped top (at the edge). Although value for money is reasonable (cost around $200), the design of the drawers is rather basic. The front of the drawer is a thin reconstructed hardboard. I doubt that these will last for a long time.

Confusion-damaged and missing nuts, bolts etc. Not user friendly to assemble without simple step-by-step detailed instructions. Worse than a jigsaw.

Hello. As you may remember I advised you that eventually the 2nd package arrived with the wrappings damaged as in the first delivery and I would get back to you. I'm 81 plus with visionary problems and like a fool I bought your flat pack of a chest of draws with trust only to be disappointed to my dismay there are some screws/bolts missing most likely caused by both parcels being damaged (torn) upon delivery. In addition, it is like a jigsaw puzzle to assemble which is far from user friendly by the lack of the step-by-step instructions in detail. A retired joiner/wood-worker neighbour of mine also concurred and deemed this product is not safe even when fully assembled and suggest I return it on the grounds as already stated. A retired joiner/wood-worker neighbour of mine also concurred and deemed this product is not safe even when fully assembled and suggest I return it on the grounds as already stated. I have never had this issue with IKEA or other manufacturers and thus I will return both packages as is as soon as you arrange pick up to return to your warehouse for a full refund. Pt-3: Sorry for the delay in getting back this is because I had to wait for 1st and 2nd opinion by two retired professionals (neighbours) who suggested they are willing to go ahead with their secured modifications for safety reasons as well as providing out of my pocket the missing nuts, bolts and metal holdings as stated some of them are missing in addition the instructionmanual is not very precise to what these missing nuts and bolts are. Pt-4: It also didnt help when I had to be admitted to hospital when I encountered a minor relapse of the heart. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. Never again. Will look forward to your cooperation. Many thanks and Christmas Love to you all.
