I ordered this chair but the courier company misplaced the package. I contacted Susan who could not have been more helpful. She organised a replacement chair immediately. I applaud the service I received and would happily deal with this company again.

Great little office chair. Had some difficulty getting the arm rests on, but the rest of the assembly was easy. Comfortable and sturdy.

Not the easiest chair to assemble is why I gave it a 4 star rating besides that, very comfortable, great quality and very affordable.

Great chair but....

Ordered this online, delivered quickly. Came with everything needed.Not easy to put together by yourself as some holes don't line up. Currently still not fully assembled as i have to waitfor help to line the holes up.

Great chair, difficult assembly

Quick efficient delivery, we were kept up to date all the time until it arrived. Getting the back rest onto the base is really difficult though, even my husband battled for ages, but once it was together it's a lovely, comfortable desk chair.

Looks great, comfortable but poor quality.

Whilst I love the design and colours of this chair, my husband was not impressed at the quality when putting it together. I guess for the price you don’t expect to receive a top notch product, however he said that the fixings did not fit properly and he expects it to collapse eventually.It’s comfy, I like it and it serves the purpose so far.

Not a bad office chair. Not the best either. Seat back doesn't recline and 2 of the back screws didn't align, but still works

Okay but finicky screw threads

Chair the greatest chair but comfortable enough for kids. Assembly was extremely, frustratingly, fiddly though as the bolts had to line up EXACTLY with the thread hole to screw in without cross threading. Made what otherwise would have been a 5min assembly, into an hour job!

This chair is not a good buy unless your of small frame, slim or a child.

The 3 yes/no questions, particularly the latter 2, restrict answers too severely. If this chair is to be used by a small, light & slim person then the reduced price is probably reasonable & compared to others on the market it could be considered fair value. However, the seat cushion is inadequate, the seat length is too short for a relatively average body and posterior size and the back curvature, which is supportive, unfortunately prevents one from sitting back so the thighs don't have enough support. The general quality is, perhaps, adequate but certainly not good. Attention to detail and materials are all of a minimalist nature and I doubt that they will last even normal wear and tear for very long. cheap but you get what you pay for

not very comfy to sit on. Parts seems cheap.3 stars because can't expect much for the price.
