100%There are several ways I use this amazing essential oil from Oil Garden. A few drops in my hair care, and rinses along with peppermint oil. Great for amazing scent and improving circulation.Also, I mix it with couple of other EOs in distilled water, I use it as a spray on deodorant. Works amazing, all day freshness! I have heard that is good insect repellent along with citronella, so it may do that too =)In the wapour oil diffuser I pop a couple of drops of speramint (it is very powerful and strong, so no need for too many drops!), and at times would mix it with lemongrass, eucalyptus or even basil. Very uplifting and clarifying mix!Lastly I pop a few drops into the laundry rinse...all my laundry has incredible refreshing scent!
