Olaplex The Ultimate Repair Kit

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! A miracle in a bottle !

I have never written a review but had to for this product. An absolute miracle in a bottle. My hair was so badly damaged from years of processing and bleaching. Add in heat damage and hormonal changes so imagine the mess. I recently started using the repair kit and immediately noticed a difference. I no longer have to additionally straighten my naturally curly hair. Because of this repair kit my hair is smooth, manageable and healthy looking. It reduced the amount of heat and stress I needed to produce a smooth finish. So much so that I have now switched all of my hair care to Olaplex Including number four for blondes. BEWARE!! THIS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED!!!

This product has changed!!I have used olaplex atleast 3 times in the past and previously would have rated it 10 out of 5 stars... the holy grail of hair repair/ strengthening treatment... NOT THE CASE currently. After 3 uses my hair was COARSE, DRY, BREAKING, AND MATTING!! WTH happened???I stopped using the products and my hair is no longer coarse or matting but I have had a HUGE AMOUNT OF BREAKAGE from these products- something I cannot affordwith already thin fine hair!! WHAT DID YOU CHANGE??!!!There should be a warning that this product has changed! People like myself deserve to know prior to spending a huge amount of money for PREVIOUS quality!!! I hope your company ends up in a class action law suit.I will never use olaplex again.

Do Not Recommend

My impression of this product is that I didn’t notice any changes with my hair since using this product for a month. I don’t have issues with frizz because I set my hair with a little mouse or gel and tie it down with a scarf. My hair didn’t feel stronger like the product suggested. My hair needs a protein treatment that works. This product isn’t a protein treatment. My texture is on the fine side since my hair is chemically relaxed. And the prices for these small bottles is ridiculous! A total waste of money! I don’t understand the rave about this product. Highly disappointed ☹️

Hair feels healthy and super soft

I do love the way it makes my hair feel. I’m also using their conditioner. I would have given it a 5 star rating but I do not like the spray bottle. It says it’s new and improved but it comes out in a stream making it real hard to coat all of your hair without using the whole bottle. I changed sprayers so I can coat all of my hair. I used to use the Kerastase in salon treatments, the Olaplex definitely makes my hair feel healthier and softer than Kerastase did. This is petty but I didn’t receive the scrunchie in my package, that has no weight on my review though.

Lifesaver! I’ve been blessed my whole life to have super thick, shiny hair. I took it for granted. Over the course of a couple of years, my hair thinned greatly and became dull and dry. I assumed it was hormone related but now I’m hearing that many women are experiencing this post Covid. Either way, my hair was awful and nothing was helping until I found Olaplex. It’s pricey but I was at a point of not wanting to go anywhere because I couldn’t do anything with the frizzy tangled mess on my head. I never realized how much it would affect my self image. I’m so grateful to again have shine and body in my hair. Thank you.

This kit has been great

This kit has been great so far. I have experienced a great deal of hair breakage recently (still trying to figure out the cause), and after only one use of this kit my hair looks and feels much healthier! I am using it along with the shampoo, conditioner, and clarifying shampoo. I’m hoping these OLAPLEX products will continue to heal may hair. I have been pleased with the results in the month I’ve used them. The satin scrunchie is a great bonus and I pull my hair back with it every night before bed.

Try it, it actually WORKS!!!

At the moment I have only used #0 and #3. Just these two alone have made my hair feel and look amazing. I have bleached hair so normally it’s kinda dry and frizzy but with these two products it’s so soft and shiny. I have a lot of hassle but it’s thin and kinda lifeless with just these two after one month of use it’s bouncy and voluminous. I can’t wait to get my hands on all the products together to see how amazing my hair can really be. I was a little apprehensive about the price of the products but you use such a small amount that it will last awhile and it works!! So it’s worth spending money on something that works instead hoping the next cheap product you use works because you know deep down it won’t. Works to strengthen 3c-4b hair!

I have natural 3c-4b hair and I have had a lot of trouble retaining length because my ends are so fragile. After the first wash using Olaplex I noticed a huge difference in my hair's strength and SHINE. I was honestly a little shook because I was trying to hate on it given the hype. But it is totally worth it. I am on wash 3 (I wash my hair about once a week). I finally have hope in attaining my hair length goals!
