I have very puffy eyes in the morning and this eye cream removes the puffiness very quickly. I also have pale and purple circles under my eyes if I don't sleep well. This eye cream also helps with that. It seems like the small amount of tint in it is to cover up dark circles, but it's definitely not a concealer. I use under my eyes as well as eyelid to brow area. Use caution around crows feet because it seeps into my eyes if applied too close to the water line. A separate eye moisturizer may be needed occasionally.

This eye cream goes on nicely and seems to have some concealer function, the light pink colour camouflages my dark circles somewhat, a good thing. But about an hour after using it my under eye area feels very matte to the touch, and little flakes of pink start to appear. It’s like it’s dried up and is now coming off. This has happened every time I’ve used it ( about 5-6 times) I’m very disappointed as this is a big brand sold everywhere and as such, I expected a much better performance. I suspect - though I could see nothing on the packaging- that this cream is best for oily skin types. My skin is quite dry as I’m older. I also wondered how old the cream is, and if that affected it’s performance ? Has it been in storage for years perhaps? I mean how can customers ... I'm 36 with dry skin and perioral dermatitis. Products like CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser and Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel cream extra dry have saved my skin and I've added this product to my daily routine for the last six months. I will be buying this again. I have dark circles and drawn eyes. this hydrates the skin around my eyes, plumps and the pigment evens out skin tone and brightens. the difference in the dark circles was immediately noticeable and I've been happy with improvements to my eye area over time. I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and have had no issues with burning with this product.

I bought this product several months ago. I have an established history of my eyelids flaking due to allergies on occasion but it goes away rapidly with treatment. I’ve tried this product three separate times while I was symptom free and after 3-4 days of use each time, I promptly started flaking on my eyelids again, much worse than just from my environmental allergies. The skin on my eyelids would also thicken and get very rough. I presume I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the product which is a shame. It’s a nice consistency with no smell and goes on well. I’ve used the Regenerist moisturizer for years and have recently switched over to some of the Retinol and collagen products earlier in 202- (serum, cleanser, moisturizer, etc) without any issues. ... Many other similar products will cause me to breakout and itch along my jawline or eyes but the rest of the Olay products other than this eye cream (thus far) have been good for me.
I have been looking for a good product for my dark circles and have tried many! My mom barely had wrinkles and she vowed by Olay so I have put it in my daily and love my day and night routine! I have used this for 2 mornings and a small bit the third because it was burning a bit so I stopped! The next morning I woke with I don’t know what! Some kind of reaction and also peeling. I am so disgusted because it seemed to be working and I spent a pretty penny on it and now can’t even use it! I didn’t want it ti be the reason but I don’t understand I have never had any kind of issue with Olay at all
Bought this on a special offer 'tenner tuesday' but would happily pay full price when I run out (which could be a while as a little goes a long way). I'm not sure what some of the negative reviews are about but I myself noticed an instant difference after applying this eye cream, so much so that it is visibly noticeable if it's only applied to one eye! Reduces puffiness, definitely colour corrects dark circles incredibly well and feels nice and light weight. I've used many a brand eye cream, from high street brands to premium beauty, and this is by far the best I've come across. Top marks for sure :)
I'm a Black American woman, 38 yrs old with prominent fine lines and hyperpigmentation at the eyes that I've suffered with (and was teased for) all my childhood and early teens. I've tried numerous eye creams from Mary Kay to Estee Lauder and Clinique. Due to the cost of the latter creams, I wanted to try Oil of Olay and honey, this has worked for me! After 2 days of use in both the morning and evening, I have first noticed the decrease in the dark circles. Now, I'm starting to see a significant reduction in the fine lines under my eyes. I look forward to trying the Retinol24 Max for maintenance. I look forward to trying the Retinol24 Max for maintenance. The key to the moisturization while using this product is that I use a hydrating toner with AHA and retinol in the morning after my face wash with COOL water only. In the evening, I wash my face, again with COOL water only and use an exfoliant then I cleanse with witch hazel with rosewater, put the Oil of Olay eye cream on and THEN I moisturize with vaseline or Nivea Creme (the blue glass jar). The key to moisturizing is that you need to moisturize with a non-comedogenic. This could be why some are not seeing the results they expect: Pore blockage.
The is one of Olay's many eye creams. It comes in a small 15g jar. The marketing claims are that it "instantly reduces appearance of dark circles, wrinkles, and puffiness". The formula has silicones high up the list, glycerin for hydration and niacinamide as the 4th ingredient. There is peptide included, but it's towards the end of the ingredients list. There is titanium dioxide and iron oxides for the colour. The eye cream looked very peachy orange in the jar that I thought looked too dark for my light skin tone, but thankfully upon application it's more like a light tint that blends. It's almost like a tinted moisturiser for the eyes. It's not enough to lighten dark circles like a concealer or do anything for my significant eye bags. It does prevent dryness around ... It does prevent dryness around my eyes and that in itself temporarily reduces the crepiness around my eye area. Overall I didn't see any improvement in my eye area with this eye cream, it is a ok as a basic tinted eye cream. With the RRP of $48.99 is overpriced for what it is as there are many other eye creams with niacinamide.
I have been using this for YEARS! I put it on first thing when I get up, and the under eye puffiness and dark circles are dramatically reduced almost immediately. The real test came on the weekends. As a Scoutmaster of a Boy Scout Troop, we camp every month - late nights, long days and no time for a make-up routine. This product gets rid of the dark circles immediately, and by the time I'm up and out of my tent I don't look like an ogre. And I'm now at an age where I really don't do the make-up routine anymore in general, and this product allows me to look great without it. No, it is not the same as wearing concealer and full-on makeup, but I can feel beautiful without all that. Olay Eyes Ultimate Eye Cream is the one product I consistently use on a daily basis.
I have been a user of this product for along time. Have to say when I was reading some of the other reviews I noticed that someone commented that it wasn’t a good concealer. I never knew or read that it was a concealer, just wanted to mention that fact. As far as the product goes it does exactly what it says if not better I use it every day or should say every night and I am 72 years old and I actually have not one single wrinkle around my eyes. I make sure when I apply it that I put it on my eyelid and gently push the product up toward my eyebrows which has helped immensely with loose skin. Then I apply it to the outside edge of my eye on top of the eye socket and I rub it vertically up and down gently and then under my eye mostly I just tap it in. I have been ...
