This purse was well constructed, but nothing special. That is why I gave three stars.By the description, I expected it to be a bit more sparkly and eye catching. Looks more like stainless steel. It was quite disappointing. Equally disappointing was the return policy for U.S. customers. I buy from other global sellers who do not expect customers to foot the bill for returns. The cost of the return was almost as much as the bag, so I kept the not so special bag.

Ordered online for a gift.A USED BAG SENT. Dents, scratches, marks all over it. Called the "help line"..was #36 in the Q and was eventually answered the NEXT day! Had to return to a store. No apology - staff said they have lots returned, usually worn stuff and garments with make up on. The asst in the store said "it's probably some guy in the warehouse - has no clue"... Dire David Jones service...again...
