The dollhouse looks great...if you are willing to drill additional holes and cut out backing pieces because other screw holes were drilled in the wrong place. If you do not mind fixing these problems yourself, then it is really cute. A piece of the house furniture also was broken out of the box. Not only does the sticker print design not line up correctly with the rooms& terrace...it also shows different room stickers in different places online than how it us really printed on the house which is strange. I highly suggest quality control tests& this company should have people periodically put one together to be sure no mistakes are being made while these are well...being made. Broken Furniture

This was a birthday gift and an online order. Built the house but when we opened the furniture most of it was damaged/broken or had dirty brown glue stains on the cloth. Unable to replace just the furniture, so now have to take down the house and return everything to the store for a return or replacement. 2 stars for the inconvenience of having to take apart the house and return everything just to get a replacement for the furniture. Value would have been 5 stars if the furniture wasn’t damaged. The house itself was great.

Broken Pieces

The house itself is sturdy and my granddaughter loves paying with it. Unfortunately, some pieces came broken. I reached out to the company and I was told they could not replace the pieces. I ended up gluing some and adding screws to others. For the price I would have hoped the company would have helped out more with replacing what arrived broken.

Cute!

I was so excited to get this dollhouse (probably more so than my daughter)! The instructions were very easy to follow and all the parts were labeled properly. It took me a little over an hour to build by myself. I think it would have gone much more quickly with another adult helping, some of the parts were a little difficult to hold together while putting the screws in. The furniture is really cute and well built. I really like that it's plain so you could decorate it yourself. The rooms of the dollhouse seem a little busy to me. There are pictures of furniture on the walls and then you add the actual furniture and it seems a bit much. My daughter doesn't notice or care so that's what's important. This dollhouse is awesome. It is 3 stories tall and comes with furniture already. There are 13 pieces of furniture, 1-2 pieces, per room of the dollhouse. The size of it was quite surprising, it is much larger than I anticipated and it stands tall. Each piece of furniture is pink and is of a fairly large scale (jumbo size). Assembly is required however I was quite impressed with how easy it was to do. One person can assemble it in a timely manner. The instructions were easy to read and all pieces were labeled appropriately according to the instruction manual. Now the only thing is that it does not have a staircase to access the upper levels, I know the staircase effect can be an issue for some kids. The dollhouse has 3 levels, 5 rooms and even has a 3rd floor balcony. The quality is nice, it's sturdy, and more than 1 child can play with it at a time. It is sizable enough for kids to use their barbies with. I would say it is great for kids 3+. Overall I love the height, sturdiness of the dollhouse, graphics on the inside and outside of the house, and option for more than one kid being able to play with it at one time. I can see my daughter playing with this dollhouse for years to come!!

Fancy Mansion not so Fancy

As soon as I opened the 20-something pound box in front of my 2 year old, she knew there was something in there for her (practically the whole thing is a very obvious pepto-bismol color.) Aside from the overwhelming pink, the size of the dollhouse is quite impressive. I stand at 5'2", this is a slightly shorter, wider, pink-er version of me with measurements at 51.500 inches H x 11.500 inches W. The balcony is a nice touch, however I'm unimpressed with the interior home decorations (Simple stickers pasted onto the boards). As another reviewer has stated, the images are a bit busy on their own, and quickly become hectic when combined with the included furniture toys. I imagine I could have saved 30 minutes or so if I'd had another adult assisting, (as some pieces are rather large and cumbersome,) as well as an electric drill. Once completed, the dollhouse is sturdy on a wooden floor against the wall. I'm not sure I'd want it pulled away from the wall (despite the nicely decorated backside) simply for tipping precautions. The dollhouse did not include any dolls, so my daughter has just been throwing everything else in there. Stuffed animals? Check. Mooshka dolls? Check. Socks? Check. Jar of coconut oil.....you get the picture. The dollhouse is large with lots of space for, well, everything it seems. On price alone, I'd purchase a different dollhouse aside from the Teamson Kids Fancy Mansion. Combine that with decorative mishaps and an overwhelming color scheme (pink, pink, and more pink) I would personally go with another selection. HOWEVER....my two year old plays with this dollhouse as much as her other toys. I asked her if she liked it. She looked at me incredulously and stated matter-of-factly "Yeah Mom, I love it." So there you have it folks, from the mouth of babes, the kiddo loves it. (Mommy not so much.)

Great First Dollhouse for Smaller Children too

This is a perfect dollhouse for smaller children a the furniture has no smaller parts to worry about choking hazards and seems really solid. My daughter is 2 and just a little too short to reach the back of the top floor easily. She pulled down the bed and used it for a step stool, hence the comment on sturdy! It did take two people to assemble because you’ll need someone to hold the pieces up while one puts in the screws. I would suggest an electric screwdriver because there are a lot of screws. There was a chipped corner on one of the planks, but it was on the underside and you can’t see it now that it’s assembled. The dollhouse is not painted, the colored areas are just big stickers, but it looks pretty cute. This house seems to be built for 12 inch dolls and I am having a hard time finding a 12 inch doll family for her. My daughter really loves this dollhouse and has played with it nonstop. All her little people farm animals live on the balcony and she puts her other toys to "sleep" in the bed.

Large Barbie Sized Dollhouse

I purchased this dollhouse for my 5 year old daughter for her birthday. She wanted a dollhouse big enough for her Barbies to stand and comfortably fit. This dollhouse is just that. The dollhouse is wide and tall (taller than my 5 year old), however, she has a fairly large room and separate toy room so space was not an issue. It took roughly an hour to assemble and we are missing the screws for the bed, but I’m sure we have some extra screws in the house that will fit so not a big problem. The design is really cute and we love the furniture pieces it came with. My daughter and I plan to paint some of the furniture piece so everything isn’t pink, but overall extremely satisfied with the dollhouse.

Pretty in Pink

We received this Teamson Fancy Mansion Dollhouse in exchange for our honest review of the product. This dollhouse is made of particle board, so the pieces can be a bit fragile. It was packed well inside Styrofoam and foam sheets, but the two main side pieces of the dollhouse still arrived with a little bit of chipping. My husband and I put it together in under 30 minutes. Not all of the screw holes lined up perfectly, though it was still easy to screw into the particle board. I would definitely recommend having two people to put it together just to make sure the back pieces align properly because they are secured in grooves in the three floor levels and the two side pieces. The furniture items are pretty sturdy. We had a couple of small problems. One of the feet of the bathtub fell off in shipping, but it can easily be glued back on. Also, the floor lamp post was inserted too far into the base making a bump on the underside of the lamp which makes it wobble a bit. All of it is painted solid pink, so if your child loves pink, this is the dollhouse for them! Images of some of the furniture pieces are printed on the walls of the dollhouse, so my daughter was a little confused about where to place items. Images of rugs, kitchen appliances, artwork, and other accessories and also printed on the floors and walls of the dollhouse. It's a nice touch making the dollhouse ready to go after assembly - just add dolls! It is just the right size for fashion dolls to enjoy your child's imagination. My daughter is a little over 4 feet tall. The dollhouse is almost as tall as her and the rooms are large enough to move the dolls around in their pretend play activities with her. The couple of issues noted are so minor that they won't infringe on the years of play we'll get from the dollhouse. Overall, this is a very pretty dollhouse with plenty of extras. My daughter loves it and we would definitely recommend it for any child!

Super Cute- "EH" quality

So I was REALLY excited to receive this product- sadly it did not fully live up to my expectations. When I opened the box, SO much of the wood furniture was damaged, one thing was completely broken and every other piece had nicks/glue visible/etc. Didn't seem very well made. Putting it together was easy enough, I wish I had a drill because if I did it would have gone faster- with a screwdriver it took me about an hour. It doesn't seem super sturdy, but sturdy enough. I wish the bottom base was a little bit thicker so that it would stand better. The back walls slide in to a ridge on each floor, I wish they were sturdier wood that screwed in on the sides. But besides that, it's very cute and my daughter loves it.
