I previously had bought some Grape Seed Extract from the California Gold range which were great and helped me feel good. Was taking it for hypertension.When I tried to reorder the California Gold were out of stock so purchased Olympian Labs one. I took them for about a week and was feeling very tense, anxious, hot and blood pressure high and wondered what was going wrong with me. I realised that the only new supplement I was taking was the OL Grape seed extract. Since stopping i am no longer experiencing the same problems.Maybe it was a bad batch but I won't try this brand again.

Oligomeric proanthrocyanidins (OPCs) contained in grape seeds stabilize the collagen structures in your skin just like tight rungs keep the ladder stable. Grape seed extract also helps you maintain normal blood pressure, and even maintain a healthy inflammation response. Hi there, based on recommendation I started using Grape Seed Extract 40 days ago, based on my opinion I would say it works. I think it helped me with my dry skin so I presume it helped with other benefits too. I have been taking Grape Seed Extract for 25 years, 200mg per day. I have been taking the OL product for several years and believe it to be a high quality product, fairly priced. I have purchased this brand of grape seed extract several times. I believe Olympian Labs grape seed extract does what it is supposed to and this brand is of high quality. But, I usually take two capsules instead of one (which is 400 mg) in the morning and repeat at night. I decided that I might do better by buying a different, less expensive brand that had half the amount of extract.
