Nothing wrong with the quality of the binoculars but I wanted a pair for game viewing in South Africa and found the setting up (getting both eye views into one and focussing) took too long. By the time that was done, the game would have disapperaed! I returned them and bought a simpler pair of Olympus binoculars instead.

Great quality binoculars at a good price. Bought these to take hiking as they are small, light weight and waterproof. Image quality is very good for their size and price.Great service as always from Wex.
The optics are about what you'd expect for binoculars in this price range. I have a 50 year old pair of Leitz Trinovids that are head and shoulders better in every aspect. I find the focus knob to be a bit hard to turn. But for a compact set of binoculars for viewing your backyard bird feeders these would suffice. I did notice a bit of eye strain when looking through them. They came to me as a bonus gift along with a new spotting scope I had purchased. They will be going to my grandkids where I'm sure they'll be appreciated.
Excellent binos. Great for travel or any where. Well made. Have a pair of leicas, just as good for fraction of cost. Sharp images.. would have given 5 stars except for poor belt loop case which many companies are using which is stupid and cheap. Need to buy better case with straps.
Very compact and light weight. Optics are clear and bright, the green rubber coating is very nice. The diopter ring is rather stiff so it stays put once adjusted, the center focus knob is a little sensitive.

I wanted a compact pair of binoculars for general use whilst walking. These had good reviews and I'm very happy with them. They are well made and the optics are excellent for the price. I was a little worried about 10X magnification, but find that it is not difficult at all to keep a steady image.
Expected better from Olympus becasue I own an older version of these (also made in China) and they are quite good. Although these feel nice in the hand, and the adjustments all feel firm and of high quality, the image in the center is decent, but becomes very unsharp about halfway away from the center. I wasn't expecting them to be perfect, I know you can spend a lot more on binoculars, but these were disappointing even for 80CHF. Not worth the money when you can get similar image quality with 30CHF binoculars.
