Two great products
i take psyllium capsules regularly to be regular! i bought these because my usual ones were out of stock. they seem ok, but i am not fond of the writing on the capsules that says vegecaps. Maybe i am just being paranoid, but it makes me think it looks MORE artificial than other capsules and i tend to think of chemicals when i see writing on something i am swallowing. i guess it is good that they ARE vegecaps. Technically i approve of that, but looking up hypromellose, it does not seem like a great ingredient either. But at least it is vegan, unlike other capsules. Effectiveness was same as other psyllium capsules for me.
