Found buttons were stuck when first going to use. Contacted appliances on line 3 times in 3 weeks. Still haven’t been contacted back. Very very bad experience. I’ve always bought my appliances from here and recommend to people. Definitely not now!!!

BOUGHT THIS 6 WEEKS AGO, FIRST ONE LASTED 1 DAY AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. NEW REPLACEMENT LASTED 2 DAYS AND SENT FOR REPAIRS AND CAME BACK 2 WEEKS LATER IN THE SAME POOR CONDITION, UNEVEN TILE IGNITION, FLICKERING FLAME, SIDE PANEL AND HANDLE NEAR THE SWITCHES GETS EXTREMELY HOT, BAD SMELL.
We have been very happy with this heater. We have only had to have it on low setting so far and it keeps us warm
Does the job well. I like having two fan speeds. The button system for switching on and adjusting levels can be a bit confusing and turning it on turns into turning it up more often than not. But that’s small, and the only thing I can think of that’s not positive.
Much bigger than I expected so it is great value for money.I’m sure heaters use to be about 50% more expensive in the past.This one is great value for money.Highly recommend.
Very effective for larger living rooms, only one setback as connecting hose for gas is only 1.5 meters not very long.
the trouble was the heater i wanted was not in stock
It heats up my large open plan living area beautifully. Very simple operation. The only thing that annoys me is having to remember to hold down the ignition switch for a full 15-20 seconds after it lights.
