This tastes so good I want to use it myself. It’s got my kid. He likes it too. Smooth texture and creamy. Nothing weird about it so it’s easy to take. I’ll update in a month to see if things seem to be working but this is a trusted brand I’ve used for other things so I think it’s doing as promised.

Omega 3s are a great thing to supplement diet, especially for picky kids who won't eat many of the typical foods rich in omega 3s. I give this to my toddler daily. I picked this one specifically because it had the screen-damage supplement, as well. Fish (or algae) sources of omega 3s are far better than seed-based sources, as well.

Good taste and smell, bright fun color that hasn’t stained clothes. I can’t tell if there’s any improvement in health but happy to supplement for my kids who don’t eat much fish. Recommended.
