This cuff is great. I used it to replace my old Omron cuff that does not have the D-Ring. The D-Ring allows me to get a firm fit with the cuff. In addition, it comes with the three adapters and one fit my old Omron. I compared this new cuff on my old Omron with a AC adapter and a new Omron with a D-Ring cuff and battery powered.The readings were almost identical, a difference of only one or two digits, i.e 121 vs 123. Kept my old Omron running as the original cuff dose not have the D-Ring and after several years the old cuff was almost impossible to wrap around my arm without getting an error code.
