20 years ago I was put on a trial of hypertonic saline and part of it was a ultrasonic nebuliser that cost $1500. That nebuliser doesn't even come close to this. This nebuliser is utterly silent, portable, hand held, powered by 2xAA batteries and nebulises thick medicine like tobramycin in a few minutes. At $300ish dollars it is a bargain as well. I can't recommend this enough. If you have an old pump nebuliser then throw it in the bin and buy this one instead - you won't regret it.
