Easy to use, good quality investment if you're on your feet a lot or sitting for long periods or have any type of arthritic condition, this will help relieve tightness and help blood circulation. Highly recommended

Brilliant Machine

This is the best pain reliever ever. I use this every morning to relieve pain from trapped nerve in hip area. After using this I can function well all day. Could not cope without it. I have purchased several sets of pads so that I always have spares.

Don’t waste your money

Machine is fine, but even if you’re super careful with the lads you’re lucky to get a couple of uses out of them. Also, return policy is shocking and the head office doesn’t get back to you when you put a contact form in (as advised by the number as the number doesn’t take complaints apparently)

Faulty device

I purchased this device twice. First one did not work. Replaced it for another one. That one did not work either. Then sent it fir repair at my own expense to Omrons authorised repair in Australia. It took good 8 weeks to get the device back. When trying to use it , it still did not work and was not repaired? Total waste of money and time. Dont bother with this device.

Great versatile unit

Bought this to use during labour with my first baby. Even though it isn't a specific maternity unit, it still has several functions and features. We purchased this one because of this versatility, so that after birth we can still use it for other muscle aches and pains. Easy to control and use.

Love it

I brought this unit as I have a frozen shoulder and having had one previously that worked so well on pain management I thought I’d give this a go for the pain in my shoulder. I love it , it definitely helps with the pain management, I use it twice a day . I love the different settings as you can changing it depending on the type of pain your experiencing.

Omron Tens

It stopped working after a couple weeks. I had to send it back. I was told the cords had been damaged and I needed to care for it better. Goodwill they did replace the cords. As someone who always cares for their things I question how eaity damaged they are.
