This TENS unit works as expected.What needs important is the GEL PADS.1. They don't stick to the skin for long (even after cleaning skin)2. The GEL PADS are extremely difficult to remove from their packaging (covers to protect the surface of the pad).3. The GEL PADS are too expensive. Like computer printers, they're cheap but it's the ink that's expensive.

The pads did not come off their plastic backing in a clean manner. When you attach them to the device and your skin, the device turns on for 5 seconds, says the pads aren't connected then turns off. I tried 2 sets of pads with no optimal results. I sent the pads and the device back.

These are great pads for the tens unit. It all works great.
I have fibromyalgia, alot of lower back pain, and very painful hip. This unit has given me so much relief. The gel pads really do last as long as the company's directions suggest. I am VERY PLEASED with both products. Brenda
This is so wonderful and helps with back pain, shoulder pain, legs, arms. I highly recommend.
I love the unit itself, I hate these gel pads. Made sure my back was clean and dry to avoid oils in my skin not allowing them to stick, but that made no difference, got about 3 uses if I was lucky.
The picture might deceive YOU. Is only the gel pads. The contacts are NOT included. So if you are looking to replace them this is not your product.
This doesn't stick to your skin after fourth time of use not 30 times as described very disappointed now I'm stuck with this pads since I have the Omron heat tens unit
this machine is ok, but I expected it to be more powerful. The pads, they say you can keep using but the sticky substance on the pads wear out quickly. After a while if you use it constantly it could get expensive to use this machine and pads.
It is nice to have the box of multiple replacement pads because they do wear with the one use. Glad it falls under the FSA expenses.
