I owned these for about 7 months - was initially pleased and then disappointed. The On Cloudswift hurt my left arch, exchanged for Cloudrunners and luckily felt good - comfy and lightweight. However, holes formed on both shoes at the outer mesh area which is unacceptable since I haven't used these frequently for any vigorous hiking and I'm not a marathon runner. I will now be converting to Saucony or Hokas as I've heard from multiple people that On sneakers are not durable.

I have wide feet. Usually an 8 but 8.5 for on cloud. Bought in wide and it is comfortable! Provides enough cushion for my flat feet. With thicker socks, I can see it being a little snug even for a wide but I just loosened the strings and it stretches. I got the all white one, can see the issue with the creasing already happening but so glad for wide shoes that are stylish!

Fantastic product! I'm on my second pair of ON Cloudrunners. I went to REI in Colorado Springs last August, looking for a pair of great walking shoes a couple of weeks prior to our UK trip. What a fantastic find! Although I had to go up a whole size (normally wear women's size 7, or EU 37.5, I had to go up to a Size 8, or EU 39. They are absolutely perfect. After almost a year, the tread is going, and it's developing it's normal holes on the side of the fabric after many uses, so I ordered another pair! Love it so much, I went back for the sale priced item as well! As a reference, I'm in the 55-65 age range, used to love to run but had to taper back after breaking my ankle in two places. 8 pins and a plate in my right ankle, and these shoes are a dream come true.

I bought these for work where I typically walk around 7miles/25k steps a day in (according to my phone) a day in. The first few hours of breaking them was okay, the discomfort was minimal but by the end of the night I was impressed. I felt like I could go another 10,000 steps in them. The usual heel pain I’d have at the end of the night is gone with these. They’re very cushiony and work well with mid-high arches. Standing up was nice too and I didn’t feel like dragging my feet or sitting down. As far as sizing goes, I went up to a size 7.5 instead of my usual size 7 as they run small. As far as appearance goes, the mesh on the toebox will show your socks pretty good lol so don’t wear any scandalous ones. There’s also reflective font on the shoes which comes in handy ... So I was on the fence about these and I felt like the price point was high and they looked a little off at first , well I finally bought a pair per recommendations of my peers and I ended up really liking them !I work long hours on my feet both standing and walking all day . These have different feel from most other shoes and I really liked that this particular version didn’t have a huge heel drop . It has done wonders for my feet so far!I was really struggling with the pressure points on my heel andMetatarsal bone this is actually taking a ton of pressure off of both. I can’t wait to try the other styles but for now these are my favorites ! I got the purple grey color. So pretty and they match my work shirts !!I wear my normal size in this shoes but I did ... I definitely suggest trying them on first to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
Disappointed- This was my first pair from this brand. I went in store and tried on several sneakers and felt good about purchasing my normal size in the Cloudrunner. Pretty quickly the padding compressed down so much that they are uncomfortably big. I'm disappointed, they were more expensive than other brands I would prefer after this experience. The arch support is lacking as well. I'm not a runner, but walk regularly.
I bought these shoes for working out at Orange Theory. They are comfortable and the color is nice. However, I am not confident after about 3 weeks of use - 4-5X week - that they are going to hold up well as the tops are already looking worn - soles seem fine. Also, the tread is there on the soles but they are still very slippery on the floor and benches so I need to be very cautious. So far, good support and feel good jogging and rowing (other than material easily discolors); I use my own orthodics. I'm just waiting to see if quality holds up for the price.
I am in the minority on the low rating for this one. I read so many reviews about On shoes before making my purchase, and most of them were very positive. I’m a runner that requires stability shoes, so I’m limited with my selection. I was happy with the look of the Cloudrunners, but unfortunately, they leave my feet so sore after each run (and walk). Although they are stability shoes, they are very stiff, and don’t seem to have good cushioning or shock absorption. I am so disappointed. Everyone raves about On shoes, so maybe I just need to try another model. In the meantime, I’ll just stick with my tried and true Hoka Gaviotas.
I was needing a new pair of casual athletic shoes, for working out and just running errands. These are super comfortable while still being really supportive. The material in the toe is also super breathable. During the winter, my feet have been kind of cold because of it, but it will be great for summer. Pretty true to size, but my toe is right at the top. Love the color!
I was developing shin splints even when running on soft surfaces. These were recommended to me and they've been working great! They are on the more heavily cushioned side and the textured bottom is great for trail running/running outdoors. I also use them as walking shoes when I'm traveling because they are super comfortable. They do not feel overly heavy but may not be a good fit if you're going for a super light construction for track workouts or cross training (they are a tiny bit wide and your feet will slide around during lateral movements). I usually wear a 9 and purposefully bought a 9.5 to have a more roomy fit when running.
