There was no notification about not being able to return it since it was the wrong size shoe. As it turned out also, the shoe was a different type and an older model of what has been sold to me. I will never use your service again. And I will warn other people to steer clear from your service if you want to call it that.

I ordered the shoes for a trip to Scotland in case we had to hike in the rain and of course we did and I can say these shoes were absolutely amazing. Not a drop of water in The shoes. They were comfortable and kept my feet dry on a hike to the Fairy Pools in Isle of Skye. They are a little bigger in the toes than my every day OC but they are great hiking shoes especially in wet weather.

Great sneaker, runs large and they are a bit stiff. maybe they are stiff because of the waterproof feature which I love. I have six pairs of sneakers from this brand and I think they are the best sneakers for runners. the colors are great. The soles are so comfy, you do not feel tired after a long run. they are expensive but I think totally worth the price.

I got these shows two months ago and have enjoyed winter hiking and running in them. I get a lot of compliments on looks. Waterproof is a plus. But they are already tearing at the seam which is quite disappointing quality for the price.
I got these shoes for travel to Ireland at the salesperson's recommendation as she had recently returned from there. I walked miles, sometimes in heavy rain and my feet stayed comfortable and dry. Whether we were on the pavement or on trails, they felt great and looked cute too.
I bought these shoes in October for a specific camping trip and have not worn them many times since then. While they are pretty comfortable and definitely water resistant, I am very disappointed that they have holes in the trim on the top -already! It's quite confusing because that part of the shoe doesn't even get wear. These shoes are fairly expensive to wear that quickly!
Comfortable walking shoe. I love to walk every where including the wet grass and sometimes down at the beach. These are perfect since they are waterproof. The comfort level is a 10 with good support and I feel a little spring in my step when I wear them.
I have very sensitive feet. These are better than most and I appreciate the simple appearance for travel. I decided they weren’t worth it for me, however, because I would need to spend more time and money searching for replacement insoles. These had absolutely no arch or cushion inside. If you are someone who routinely replaces insoles, this is a nice, waterproof shoe, with seemingly good traction. For many this shoe may be at least 4 stars, but I rated down due to the insole.
I wanted to love these shoes and I put them on my feet as soon as they arrived. They were super comfortable initially! Unfortunately, after walking several multi-mile walks on concrete, I developed rather severe foot pain. I don’t have good arches, but I’ve never had a problem before. The Ons just don’t offer the kind of support that my Merrill hiking shoes do. I had to return them.
the ON Cloudvistas are comfortable, and fit a little smaller but width is a little wider than most ONs. if inveteeen sizes, size up 1/2 size. however, do not plan to wear them on the trails, it will fall apart on you immediately. I wore them 1 time on a dirt trail in Texas and the fabric ripped. plan to use them as urban walking shoes.
