Ookkie Kids Learner Black Skateboard

My son is a freckle over 2 years old and he absolutely adores his Ookie. Luckily for us we live super close to a skatepark because he absolutely loves going down the little ramps and insists that he rides it for the whole walk to the park and home every time the weather is nice. He’s even started pulling it out from where it’s stored inside our house and dragging it over to myself or his dad asking for his helmet and to be pulled around our lounge.We could not recommend this product any higher. I bought the Ookie for my 2 year old grandson afer watching internet videos of little kids shredding. We have a skatepark nearby and he would always ohh and ahh at the kids skating. I looked up toddler training skateboards and found Ookie.I wanted it for Christmas 2021, but they were on back order. I put my name on a list to be notified when they were in stock, and it finally came through in January, so great service there! I ordered it right away with a full set of small pads and a helmet; the order came fast and correct.The products are super high quality and worth every penny. We suited up and went to the skatepark the first day and he loved it! We started with just riding around on flat ground, watching kids on the ramps. Eventually we would drop in on small inclines. After 5 months of riding we are dropping in on some seriously large ramps. We are still using the parent and child handles, but on flat ground I let go without him knowing and he totally balances himself. It won't be long before he drops the kid handle, in fact he sometimes lets go without realizing it.Whoever invented this is a genius!Buy one! Buy pads with it, if your kid gets hurt when they fall the gig is up. Don't force it, let them approach it at their own pace and they will be begging you to go skating. First of all let me start by telling you I wasn’t looking for a gift for my son, it popped into my instagram and I was stunned by seeing kids such young age on a skateboard. I did some research online and I didn’t find anything comparable to the Ookkie, I usually like to compare products to make sure I am buying the best product there is on the market. Well here it is! Every detail has been thought, from the kid’s handle its position, the angle made, the retractable handle for the parents. Not only this is a great gift but it helps him with his balance which he struggled with since he learned to walk. Finally, (I know it’s a long review but you can tell how happy I am with the Ookkie hehe) I bought my son his first snowboard last year when he was one years old, thinking we might be able to start this coming winter when he will be two (I started to ski at 2 also) and as I was told by everyone around me that this was a bad idea and that snowboard at such a young age represent more risk than skis, I am definitely convince the Ookkie will give him all the tools to shreds the mountains this coming winter. If I didn’t convince you to buy it… maybe a picture and video will (by the way the video represent his 3rd time using it) ;)
