Excellent sounding, well balanced loudspeakers. Great build quality and they look the part in the oak finish.

Recently went to Richer Sounds in Brighton to check out some new speakers. The staff were very helpful and arranged for us to audition some Dali’s and the 5020’s. We settled on the Q Acoustics 5020. They deliver a great sound with good, controlled bass and a high end that doesn’t shriek in my ears. They were delivered the next day and sound fantastic paired with my Cambridge Audio CXA60. No regrets whatsoever.

These speakers are just amazing. Well worth the money i paid for them. You really do get what you pay for.
Outstanding retailer. Highest recommendation.
I bought these speakers to listen to mainly classical music. The sound is full and the range is very good.
Not sure why some reviewers call this a bass shy speaker. I think they deliver enough to sound balanced and when needed the bass will show its presence. I love how stunning these look too, it was one of the reasons I bought them. For an apartment these are perfect, you don't want a bass boomy monster annoying your neighbours, but you want enough to enjoy the beats.
These speakers are really great! Im returning them because to get the best quality audio Ill need a better amplifier and I personally am not ready to spend an extra few hundred on one. The speakers however I can tell are really good off of my current amplifier! I would recommend buying as for a refurbished product it looks new and sounds new!
These speakers are supposed to be refurbished but as far as I can tell they are brand new! Great product at a great price. Thanks very much.
I bought these 5020 to go with my new Yamaha R-N800a receiver. I always wondered why people list their amps they use, but I know now that it matters. So maybe you can work out if it’s a good match with yours I suppose.I got to say, I loved these speakers. You hear reviews saying you hear things in the music you never heard before. it’s true. I started listening to all sorts of music. These speakers wanted me to listen more and more. Some older pop songs didn’t sound that great, but I put up with this because when you listen to newer songs that are well recorded, they sound great. But I had to return mine. I still gave them 5 stars because I think they deserve it and maybe it was just my setup that didn’t work for me.The high-end treble was a bit too bright for me. ... MoreI bought these 5020 to go with my new Yamaha R-N800a receiver. I still gave them 5 stars because I think they deserve it and maybe it was just my setup that didn’t work for me.The high-end treble was a bit too bright for me. at times this was fantastic, and I still miss it now. But there were times it done my head in. The soundstage everyone keeps banging on about was big, but a bit too big for me.I work from home and have my music playing all day, but I found I could not listen to these all day. something was nagging me. giving me a headache. my room is only small, the speakers were 15cm from the wall and 1 meter apart. So not great setup.I say I miss the treble because when you got the right song it’s so good and very reviling. But there were a lot of times I had to grab the remote to turn them down.I changed them for a concept 30. I wanted to stay with Q acoustics because I think the quality of their products are great and the shape is what I wanted. I have the 3010’s in my living room for surround sound and was happy with them. these are a massive step up.
