The OPI system (base coat, two color coats top coat) is the BEST system you will find anywhere for nail protection, colors, shine, and promoting nail growth. HOWEVER. You only get to use 2/3rds of any bottle! Each bottle thickens and makes for a nasty manicure by the time you get to the last third of a bottle. The top coat is the worst!! Almost half the bottle is wasted as the product thickens quickly. This is also not cost effective. My advice: Get a less-expensive base top coat to use with OPI lacquer color coat. It may not last as long as the full OPI system (10 - 14 days), but you will achieve similar outstanding results.

Based on the reviews of Rosy Future OPI nail lacquer I was excited and looking forward to receiving my new nail polish. Wow! What a shock it turned out to be. One coat looked good and I should have stopped right there. Thinking it would look even better with two coats I eagerly added a second as it was easy to apply. One coat gave a beautiful sheer iridescent shimmering look. Adding a second coat gave me neon nails that resembled fluorescent lights. I will continue to use the Rosy Future but only one coat. I am disappointed because I think a manicure with two coats of polish lasts longer. But, the look with one coat is acceptable with top coat layers. ('22) I began using natural base coat by OPI, during the pandemic. I wanted something to use that would kind of stay on longer. I ran into TJ Maxx looking thru their beauty section and found this. Most nail salons used this brand. OPI lasts long, the smell isn't overwhelming to your nose. The shine was ok until I forgot to put gloves on while cleaning. Gently push cuticles back, clean nails and apply to your nail bed for shine you want. You can find OPI almost anywhere. Keep out of reach of children. I would recommend to anyone.

It's an iridescent light pink. I tested it without a base coat so even with three coats I can still see the whites of my nail underneath. Next time I try this I will put a base coat underneath. I work with my hands everyday and nail polish does tend to chip pretty easily for me. I tried this without a top coat and it did chip within 2 days. The thin formula is easy to apply to the nail, and even looks quite nice alone for a natural manicured look. The brush is nice and wide, making it easy to get big even strokes on the nail. It also dries within only 5 or so minutes! Once dry, polishes from any brand layer on beautifully. It also can be layered on in order to help fill nail ridges, bumps, or what-have you. The base also has a very very light reddish tint which helps neutralize any yellow staining from heavy polish use. PRO TIP: Be sure to paint the tips of your nails, brushing it perpendicular to the front tip of your nail. my polish lasts three weeks and never chips from my fingertips because of this (for topcoat, use Poshe - it is hands down the best.)

Bubble Bath Is Great For Most Skin Tones

I’m a big fan of OPI nail polishes. Yes, they do cost more than some other brands; but I find the OPI polish lasts longer on my nails vs some of the cheaper brands. Recently purchased Bubble Bath, and I love the color. I think it would look great on most skin tones. My only complaint (but not a deal breaker) is that it takes around 3-4 coats to get the color shown in the pictures. One coat comes across as a pretty sheer pink, and I still wasn’t completely satisfied using two coats (which is what I typically use for other colors). Would definitely recommend though.

Discontinued color is well worth buying!

This color (An Affair in Red Square) is a discontinued color, so it's only available via 3rd party sellers. The bottle I received in March, 2023 was manufactured in 2017. That being said, the polish was still liquid and just like new. The color is fantastic. It is a deep red with a glimmer of foil. Let your toes be extra fancy! Additionally, OPI polishes are worth the extra money. The polish rarely chips, and this color is no exception. Your polish should last as long as you want, until you remove it, and this definitely does just that.

I remember glossing over 2 colors for the holidays...they weren't exactly what I had in mind for Christmas/New Year's BUT with St. Valentine's Day around the corner...I remembered these 2 colors and they are perfect for the design/colors I have in mind...I have natural nails, base coat, 2 coats of color-maybe a topper then top coat to seal. I do them myself but do get professional mani's too. I do 1 or 2 accent nails. So I remembered Happy Anniversary. It's a great color made up of tiny tiny micro silver and white. Awesome depth, shine & sparkle. On my olive complexion it wears white w/silver undertones depending on light. My opinion of OPI Nail Polish, specifically Hollywood & Vibe

I have noticed that stores where I used to buy OPI Nail Polish are very low on stock. For instance, Sally's Beauty has a very low supply. When I find a color that I really like, I can no longer find it there. Also, I feel like the nail polishes don't cover as well as they used to do. It takes several coats of the polish to really cover. I really like the color that I ordered from you, Hollywood & Vibe. It is such a light pink and not flashy. I don't like the dark colors as much.
