I purchased this due to my daughter wanting rainbow nails and got the shade green apple or something apple. The shade wasn’t available on the list so I selected green-wich something but anyways. Great price, great quality. Dry time was fairly quick. It’s not thick and not too thin or drippy. She’s 5 and we got her painted and dried successfully! So that says something. It had good pigmentation. I did two coats and then a clear topcoat. The rep coats of green were sufficient for that bright sour green apple 🍏 shade she was looking for! It’s a fun color for Halloween or kids or something but I wouldn’t wear greeen at all personally lol just a personal preference thing but the product is good.

This is one of my absolute favorite OPI shades. Perfect for any season: spring, summer, fall or winter (I wore this over the Christmas period). No shimmer in here, no glitter and plenty of staying power. I also don't require a top coat as it's very glossy on its own. 2 coats of this and I'm good to go. Love the large brush which makes for easy application, however the only thing to be aware of is that under certain artificial lighting (i.e my office workplace) it can morph into an orange-pink shade, which for me is far from a problem as A) I find it looks equally good like that, in its own unique way, and B) keeps my office co-workers guessing - when they catch me outside on my lunch break... "How did she have one shade on inside and then stepped out in another!?"

The color is a classic, true red. Just what I wanted. I love the name - Big Apple Red. I only gave three stars for longevity because my nailpolish always chips so easily. I think I must use my nails more than other women because mine always chip. So if you don't normally have a problem with OPI chipping, than just ignore that part of my review. You'll probably be fine. Application is great and the very reason I pay more for OPI brand nail polish.

I bought the OPI nail lacquer in Scorpio Seduction to match the same color I had done in a dip manacure at the salon. Unfortunately, although both products are made by OPI and have the same color name, I found that the colors of the nail lacquer and dip powders aren't an exact match as I’d hoped. They are more ‘complementary.' This lacquer color is a Gorgeous sort of cobalt blue with mini sparkles - I absolutely Love it! But…I have to get the dip manicure done every 3 weeks because regular nail polish just doesn’t stay on my nails for more than a day or 2 without starting to peel or chip. OPI polish will stay nicely on my toenails for at least 2 weeks, and can be stretched to 3 with a few little touch ups.
