Oppo A98 5G 8GB/256GB 6.72 Dual SIM Black One Size / EU Plug

This product is not what you see in the website or as described by SharafDG. It's a very basic phone and the software/apps don't sync well with the operating system. Over that SharafDG showcases it as a hotcake which isn't true. I strongly recommend not to buy Oppo A98 as it isn't a Smartphone. There are better brands who are offering similar specs and are in better price range.

Good phone for a fair price

It's a good phone for a good price. Camera could have more zoom capacity but otherwise takes great photos! Display is bright and clear and processing is fast. Happy with my purchase.

Not worth the hype, very poor product

I was really disappointed after buying this product and regretted instantly why did I chose Oppo looking at the specifications, honestly for android never trust the specification as the brands can claim anything and they know they are not answerable to anyone, worst quality camera - Glitchy interface , hanging issues . This is my day 1 experience - Any one thinking of buying this product as a primary phone should think twice.

Oppo phone sends same text 3x

A previous mentioned, these phones are known for randomly sending same text 3 times. Has just started happening on partners phone and it is doing my head in. He also just said once he rang his mum from a totally different number and she was confused. That has only happened once however, to his knowledge.

Really Disappointed - in this phone and NL

I bought this nearly a month ago and got a really good deal which I was happy with and was told it had the specs of the Samsung A35, but for the Samsung A25 price - and I got it cheaper than that. I paid for the NL tech to swap over from my old to new phone. However:1st Issue: When I text people they receive my same text 3 times, sometimes 2, but usually three times. This is for personal and work use. I cannot have it doing this. When I took it back to Noel Leeming, they said it is now a known glitch with this phone. I hadn't heard of Oppo, but was convinced it was a great brand - globally if not here in NZ, but I now don't have any confidence and will get a Samsung instead. There are currently good Samsung deals on, yet they will have finished by the time NL's tech confirms that my OPPO has the glitch which is already known! and I have shown their tech screen shots of it from the phones of people I have text as proof??? I'm disappointed in the phone, do not want it replaced with another OPPO as I no longer feel confident in it and also pretty disappointed with NL, putting me through such a hassle, when I've sent their phone tech guy screen shots of the issues.

Very bed

I have a feeling of having a mobile but it has just started malfunctioning, suddenly the battery gets exhausted after reaching 100 and the mobile gets switched off. I also complained but no one from above is responding to it. They are not solving my problem. Very bed

worst battery performance

I bought this phone 5 months ago since day 1 I had the feeling that despite being 5000 mah battery it is worst. I bought it because previously I owned opp a5 and I was really happy with the phone and its batter performance. Old phone's which is 4 years old its battery still last more than my new oppo a98.
