I've used these shakes before, but i couldn't remember which flavour i liked so i bought this assorted pack to taste all. Its great to have as you dont always feel like having the same flavour each meal each day. I dont have a favourite flavour, i enjoy them all.

I was a little nervous about trying this program as I have never done anything like this before. A lot of reviewers also mentioned they didn’t like the taste of some of the flavours. I actually love all of them! I am in the second week of the 12 week intense VLCD program and have lost 6kg so far. I find that the shakes suppress my hunger and fill me up. Very happy and very impressed! You won’t find them cheaper anywhere else either. Trust me - I’ve looked. But the price is worth it in my opinion.

Great to buy while on sale. Enjoyes the majority of flavors in the box. Definitely a bit thinner than the typical shake ive had in the past. However, not grainy. I brought primarily for the banana flavor. Each flavor is a tad on the sweet side for my tatse.

The shakes themselves are great and I have lost 15kgs since being on them (under 3mths) The reason I give 3 stars is because they put the flavours in that don't taste very nice so majority are going to be wasted. I would've liked a test of every flavour they have but there was no banana flavour in there. I personally can't stand the coffee flavour and am too afraid to try the mocha after tasting the coffee. Vanilla is average but I can add berries to that to flavour it.
I bought both the Optifast and Optislim variety packs to compare. Optifast was so much nicer. I found Optislim had the strange chemical taste, while optifast didn’t. Optifast seemed to have a thicker consistency and more filling. Have gone back for a box of vanilla that I mix with coffee for breakfast and a chocolate as I am a chocoholic. I did enjoy the strawberry as my third favourite flavour. Was definitely worth the extra money.
VLCD is the pits sometimes but the shakes are definitely the most palatable of all the options. I thought all of the flavors in this pack were just above disgusting, which is a welcome change compared to the soups and desserts. Drinkable.
All flavours are nice. I've been replacing evening meals with Optifast and eating healthy food the rest of the day but only when I feel hungry, not because it's time. I've lost almost 4kgs in 4 weeks without exercising as I've had surgery and can't exercise for a while. Looking forward to Optifast still helping once I can start exercising again.
Good way to taste all the flavours. Didn’t like the coffee flavour (really sweet) but liked Vanilla and Strawberry. Chocolate was the best though!
I absolutely love Optifast, and I hope recommend anyone who is interested in trying the shakes to buy this box first! It's the perfect introduction to all the flavours, and a great way to figure out your own personal preference (I LOVE the strawberry shake personally). The only downside to this product is there is only 10 shakes but you pay the same price as a 12 shake box. Despite this I'd still buy the variety box again because I like to mix it up a bit, and not have the same flavour day in day out.
I read many reviews for all the different options and finally settled on this one. My favourites were chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. In my opinion, they were not too sweet, like some have said. The coffee and mocha were not bad but I guess I'd rather just have a real iced coffee if it came down to it. They mixed easily although to be honest I did notice that when I accidentally dripped some vanilla, it left a yellow mark on my desk.
