Bought this about a month ago. Optifast is the best dietary supplement that actually works. We have tried the others but always come back to optifast. It's just a shame that it became so popular as the price went up 😔 but as I said, it's the only one that works.

Fantastic product, just add icy cold water, (blender or shake machine recommended ) vanilla flavour is the best, and most versatile, add your own coffee to taste, or low cal strawberry, choc, w/e, This is the product recommended by my doctor, and by surgeons for the fastest, safest weight loss, as it is a sustainable full meal and nutrient replacement that works. My personal loss of 1 kg every week, and chemist direct is the cheapest supplier I have found.

Bought the Vanillia Optifast.. Spoon of coffee.. Ice.. Then Magic Bullet to blitz and its like drinking a Frappee.Very fast turn around from order to delivery. Price at the time was excellent.

I was asked to take optifast for a pre op diet and found it surprisingly easy.This would have to be the best shake diet out there. They are full of flavour, easy to mix and satisfying. I looked forward to shake time! I loved the banana flavour in the mornings mixed with ice. Yum! I lost over 10kg in two weeks following the plan given me. I'm very impressed!
