This was my 2nd month of ordering. I've try this for 2 weeks, I've lost my weight 1.3kg and 1.5 kgs of of my body fat. I will continue to fight for my target. Wish my journey will be come true👍. Optifast always makes me feel full. I do not have any gastric problem as it provide the essential nutrients, taste is great. I love strawberries 🍓flovour.

The best diet shake. Not because someone paid me to say it but because it’s true. I have tried them all, just save your money and time and just get these. All flavours are good but strawberry is my favourite.
