I was using a very loud juicer from Nutribullet. But now I have my Optimum it is a game changer. So easy and quiet, the juice is perfect everytime. I leave it on the benchtop all set up and ready to go. Just add the desired fruits and vegeatbles and the start of my day is a very happy one. At this stage I have only juiced but I will attempt other things soon. I am amazed in particular at how much juice comes from a carrot.Love Love love it

Had the juicer Afew weeks, been using most days to make celery juice, beetroot, ginger, carrot, and greens from my garden.occasionally a piece of carrot or celery gets stuck at the side but it’s easy enough to remove it.Very dry pulp, fairly smooth/pulp free juice- I just use a strainer if I want super pulp free!Really quiet, very easy and fast to clean,You have to chop up the produce small to fit in chute but I don’t mind the the little bit of prep.I have been adding the pulp to my salads if I am juicing carrots and beets.Such a good compact size.Very happy so far.

I have used a centrifugal juicer for many years and I have been happy with it. However my daughter has it and so I decided to purchase another juicer. As there is a lot of variety out there I searched and reviewed what was available. The Froothie read so well and has proved to be true. This cold press juicer is compact, quiet and extracts more juice,so it is highly efficient. The speed of delivery was fantastic and follow up emails providing customer support are great. I am extremely happy with this juicer and would certainly recommend it.

Great yields from fruit such as green apples, pulp is amazingly dry and easy to dispose, I was amazed as I was sceptical initially.Just cut your fruit and veg to fit the feed hole. So easy to clean, just flushing in cold water gets rid of nearly all pulp remaining.Two areas to properly clean if you are a bit fussy like me .1. the little notch in the top of the pulp separator and 2. This is my first time juicing which I'm doing for my health having more fruit and veggies the easy way. I did alot of research before buying this one and it does exactly what it says. Easy to use, easy to clean, great tasting juices, I love it. I have found being prepared makes juicing even easier and saves time. I cut up my fruit and veggies for the week put in vacuum reuseble bags and store nice and flat in the fridge; just take out what I want and reseal the rest.My best buy in the kitchen for the year.Also, I loved the personal touch with my welcome letter. I sent my Froothie back. I found it was too difficult to clean, an appliance that takes more than a few minutes to clean is not for me. I found there were parts of it that didn’t come apart and it was in these parts that food collected and I wasn’t prepared to be digging into these parts with tiny instruments in order to completely free the appliance of food. It states that the appliance has a 30 money back guarantee, however when you tell the Froothie people you are not happy with it you are required to send it back in 5 days or you void your 30 warranty. After buying this product I was sent no less than 8 emails requesting feedback BEFORE I had completed the transaction. I found this very annoying.

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to thoroughly read through the instruction booklet about cutting things at the correct size and allowing frozen fruits and veg to defrost. It was inspected, tested and repaired under warranty before being returned but not before a lengthy discussion with video and photo evidence.The juicer was returned but after the third use of the machine it failed, this time it was not shredding properly, the drum would shift and the machine would turn itself off. Further emails and photo verification was exchanged and a decision made to replace the strainer which was sent in late November. The new strainer made no difference the juicer still stopped midway, the strainer separated and would get stuck resulting in messy spillage. I attempted juicing several times, always resulting in the same situation. I contacted Athena solutions where again they asked for photo and video evidence and to test this and test that and they eventually asked me to return the juicer. I said I was happy to return on the proviso of a refund under consumer rights as it had been 3 months without resolving the problem. Athena said “We need to have the unit returned and inspected before we can 100% guarantee anything”. I returned the juicer.January and I was informed the juicer was tested and they were unable to find any faults saying” looks like the rubber wiper ring wasn't clicked and attached to the strainer which would have caused the clogging and juicer stopping.“. Considering I had been using it for months previously I may have once not noticed the positioning of the ring but no, not several times. As a gesture of goodwill Athena offered me a partial refund of $205.80 if I didn’t want it returned. After months of frustration and time wasted and I took this offer at 2/3 the price paid, glad to finish my dealings with them.I am happy for their satisfied customers but I believe there was a problem with the juicer I bought that was never satisfactorily resolved.
