The customer service Agent at Pet Post would be given a 5 star as I could not fault any of his services.The rating I have given is for the product Optimum Large Breed Puppy Chicken Dry Dog Food (15kg). The first day when I offered the food to my pup he smelled it and did not want to eat it. So I basically had to cook a puppy meal for him which consisted of boiled chicken (without skin & bones) , sweet potato & carrot. He loved it and gobbled it. Now, I cook for us as well as my pup and he enjoys home cooked meals. I got in touch with Pet Post letting them know if I could return the product and get a refund. They were quick to offer a refund and suggested that I could volunteer the food at an animal shelter. This budget Optimum puppy dog food product suits my 18 month chow chow best (royal canine made her throw it up). Price guarantee was honoured and hitting snooze button to delay delivery 1 week was perfect timing for when previous bag ran out. Pet Circle will also price match if another retailer or Amazon sell it cheaper before following delivery date. You have to call in advance.Other great thing is free delivery to the front door who wants to carry a 15kg bag to the car and to the house!Very happy Pet Circle.

Great Biscuits, both our dogs have lovely coats and these puppy biscuits they help to keep my very active mini pins from losing weight and prevents them becoming underweight.Bulk buying is great value when you have more than one dog
This is a really good quality dog food. Its recommended by Dr chris brown. My dog enjoyed this very much. It contains chicken. It contains 30% protein. The bag size is good 3kg. A healthy dog food.
I ordered two bags of large breed puppy once I saw Pet Warehouse had this, as all the other stores and shops only seem to sell puppy. It was on sale and much cheaper than buying the puppy dry food instore. I bet many people with larger breeds like myself don't even know it is available. Thanks to Pet Warehouse for making me aware and for delivering my dogs food. Not only this but the Australia Post man even carried it inside the front door. My two boys loved eating the bag of lollies that is complimentary too. All round great experience and I will be shopping with Pet Warehouse again...definitely!! Happy dog equals happy family!
My puppy is a very small Tenterfield Terrier. He is currently 18 weeks old and weighs 2.5 kg and can manage eating the Optimum Puppy Dry Dog Food but a month earlier the individual pieces would have been to big for him to eat. He sometimes will swallow them whole but thankfully will generally chew them. I would not recommend for a very small puppy. They are approximately 1 cm in radius. The average medium to large puppy would have no problems and would enjoy the Optimum Puppy dry Dog Food.
Pretty disappointed as I ordered 2 bags of Optimum puppy food as they were on sale and my local BigW were out of stock so I did a click and collect from the Highpoint store. Was very disgusted to find that when I picked them up and arrived home to find that one bag was out of date since 2017!!! As far as I’m concerned that should never happen and very poor quality control on the stores part. Fair enough if it was just out of date but by 2 years! Lucky I didn’t feed it to my dog!!!
I've been using this dog food since I got my now 10 month old Staffy in March and Pearl loves it. It was delivered promptly, 2 days before the date advised and I got a good deal.

It provides them with all the health benefits and also the great overall product that helps puppies to develop them into the dogs that they were meant to be. The other is that it has a good aroma and great texture for my puppy to enjoy the food to its full content.
