ON has been my go-to protein for years, and I’ve tried nearly all of its flavors. It provides the perfect amount of protein and mixes well with both water and milk. The price is very reasonable, and I haven’t experienced any negative effects from using it. While I prefer the milk chocolate flavor over peanut butter, the peanut butter is still quite good. Overall, considering its price, taste, and health benefits, this must be the best protein powder on the market.

(4kg vanilla) Tasted weirdly different from the 2.28kg varient

When I received the whey, the 4kg bag smelt kind of different from the 2.28kg tub. When testing it, the flavour had a more distinct and strong taste (which does not taste like vanilla), but instead it tastes more like I am licking dry-wood. It is a let-down considering the 2.28kg tub was okay. I suspect they either: changed the recipe, are using bad/filler ingredients on purpose, had a bad batch, or my sense of taste randomly changed over the span of three days. I think it would be one of the first three options.I would not recommend buying this whey in general. A good product with an interesting flavor

I tried this with: Warm water, Cold water, Milk (Blue top Anchor) and Soy milk.This flavor works great with cold water and milk, but the milk enhanced the flavor- but my honest review and thoughts of this flavor;Out of the box (or what its called) there was a nice sweet aroma of what smelt like caramel (an unusually sweet odor of caramel). But with cold water, this protein dilutes well and had visible chunks of chocolate that was listed on the ingredients. Gold Standard - A very fitting name.

Down the sink it all goes along with your gains as your muscles shrivel up like a bodybuilders youknowwhat. You were better off doing cardio.This powder is revolutionary.This even mixes really well with oats. Try some oats with milk, blueberries, honey and a scoop or two of this in the morning for maximum gains.

This has been the most promoted whey protein with a good quality and ingredients and taste and size in the industry of bodybuilding which is fair to say that is true. this is one of the great proteins out there but recently during my fitness workouts and communication with the trainers, I have come to the understanding that there are the alternatives for diet, supplement and training of a whey protein with the same benefits as this brand offers. so if you want a good quality protein you can opt for this one but in the industry there other whey proteins which are fine as well. One thing I'm not fond of this is the high price of this protein, so because of the high priced I have come to the realization that I can skip buying it and move to alternatives

I bought this product after buying the Optimum Nutrition Strawberry flavor which was awful in water and after doing some research I heard that the double chocolate was by far the best tasting product and I would have to agree.I mix this with a small amount of water, no more than half a glass (200ml) or a bit more if I use two scoops. It makes a nice thick creamy shake that tastes just like a chocolate milkshake without the milk. I keep coming back

A premium powder, but the only one for me. The flavour isn't overwhelming, I'd say subtle, but not flavourless. A nice middle ground so that you can take it everyday without getting bored. Tastes good with water/milk.The packaging for the 4.5kg is ok, since it's a bag, and a very big one at that, the squeeze-lock (push-together mechanism) is fiddly and I just use a peg, so make sure you can store it upright. The tub packaging you get with smaller volumes is much better.

There are less expensive options if you're into bulking to cut later and not too concerned about the calorie quality, but if you're in maintenance or taking a lean gains approach, this is hard to beat really. It just affords you more control and options with foods, while having the helpful bump with the protein targets with this protein powder. Not as tasty as some (chocolate), but doesn't taste bad by any means. It's nice. I rate this very good. I trust the claimed protein concentration. My muscle gains are consistent to previous brands I've enjoyed, just without the waistline expansion.
