I recently started getting back into exercising and decided to try this before my morning run. I drank it as instructed about 30 mins or so before my workout. The watermelon flavor was good and really refreshing. I didn’t feel anything initially but about 20-30 mins into my run I noticed I had a huge burst of energy. Most times I’m getting tired around that time but felt very energized and was able to workout and exercise for longer. It does have caffeine which I’m not a huge fan of since I am a coffee drinker. I didn’t drink coffee on the day I drank this drink as I didn’t want to be too wired. I did notice after the workout that I wasn’t as sore as I am usually. I do feel this drink helped with that. I like the overall idea of this product. It has seven amino acids which is a big plus. It has zero sugar and only 5 calories per serving which makes it good for a keto or low calorie diet. The 100mg of caffeine is from natural sources which I love because it doesn’t give me a jittery feeling like some energy products do. Basically it’s a good product for those who need a quick pick me up or for recovery after a workout. My only issue is the taste. The strawberry was just too overly sweet for me to enjoy. I had to drink it in small amounts because it was too much for me. I am open to trying other flavors and hope those will be better for my palette.

I so happened to give this a go while I'm in the peak of my marathon training. The week I decided to try this I had a 17 miles long run scheduled. Before a run like this you're not supposed to try anything new as there's a risk of discomfort. I'm happy to say I'm glad I tried this before my run. Not only is it made with great ingredients and amino acids, but it has the perfect amount of caffeine and vitamins required to perform like this. A drink like this can replace those gels or electrolyte mixes on runs like these. I'm excited to share I did not get nauseous or have an upset stomach, I felt amazing, no cramps, and was able to set a personal record for my run. I highly recommend this product to any athletes out there or anybody who wants a healthier lifestyle!

I normally don’t use energy drinks due to their sweet taste and high sugar concentrations, however this drink is a totally different deal. It tastes amazing! It’s a perfect sparkling lemonade which is very light, tastes great and refreshing. It tastes like Mango and Pineapple. Comparing to other energy drinks, it does not leave any bad taste in your mouth afterwards. It’s a very pleasant drink. The only thing I wish to change in it would be the artificial flavoring, if it was all natural this would be my every day drink.
