I have tried 4 different brands of pre-workouts and this seems to be the only one that doesn't make my cheeks and hands tingle/itch like crazy. I have terrible anxiety so I take this 20 mins before I start my workout and even before I've started my heart is racing (but not in a bad way). Other pre workouts have actually triggered weird amounts of anxiety and it doesn't subside until 30 minutes into my workout. This pre-workout doesn't seem to have that effect (which is obviously a good thing). It also has added creatine which is great for me as I don't have to take that separately anymore. The flavour is okay (I bought the Fruit Punch) but I'm burning more calories in the gym and that's what matters to me. I have tried numerous pre workouts and was looking for something slightly lower in stims. Kiwi tastes great, was super easy to mix with water and i definitely wont get bored of the taste. Howeverā¦ I have had a 7 month break from pre workout as i havent been to the gym due to surgery so there is a HUGE tolerance break here. I had absolutely no increase in performance, the beta alenine content is so low that i donāt believe there would be any benefit from this. I understand the āstimuliā in this pre workout is naturally sourced but from a raw brand all natural energy drink i have felt much more increase in concentration and energy.

ok. so - I find this does the job for me . I am 5 foot 3" and do weights 3 times a week. I noticed A boost in energy- nothing massive but it helped . My husband however (6 foot 3") felt absolutely nothing . so I think this depends on your size as to what you feel and how much you do (husband is an avid lifter) if you're smaller and looking for a slight boost this may do the trick , but if you're looking for a more intense boost for lifting I dont think this is for you. the flavour itself is quite nice, i'm a sucker for anything blue raspberry lol . hope this helps !
One of the few pre-workouts on the market currently that includes Creatine Monohydrate in the mix, meaning you don't have to take it separately. Best flavour for me is green Apple. I double-scoop it with 350-400g of water, which means I get roughly 7g of Creatine and it tastes like a smoothie. If you have rest days between workouts, this gets you your average of 3g creatine daily. My only issue is the other doses of ingredients are slightly low such as the beta-alanine (USN B4 Bomb for example has similar creatine levels but 0.5g more) but this does mean you can double-scoop this and not have issues for experienced weight lifters.
Product came well packaged. The tub was full to the brim! Powder had no issues, nice and soft. Two rectangle sized sachets were in there to keep moisture out, so Iāve Jeff them in there. Love the flavour. Not too sweet. After around 40min it gave me a huge energy surge and it definitely made me feel much more focussed on my workout. Absolutely love this. I will add that my husband tried it once, but he didnāt feel the difference. So Iām thinking it must depend on the person. Not sure if itās a weight/age thing. But I know I felt the benefits.

So we usually use MyProtein pre workout, but because of MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP Express benefits, we ordered this to receive the next day as we had run out. Comparing this to MyProtein, it has higher amounts of caffeine and creatine in it so thought it might give us more of a boost, the reviews are raving about the itch' and the energy it gives. We both took it, me with 250ml water, him with 100ml. It had absolutely no effect on us at all. Going to try again tomorrow with a double scoop, but even if the results are better I would still consider this a complete waste as the total servings would half!! Not gold standard' in my opinion š¤·š¼ ļø
Works like a wonder !! Very strong effects to boost your muscles function against weights. Your heart will be strong as well . I am blown to see how far I can push myself in my gym . Only the caution I would give is not to take optimum nutrition protein with this pre work out at the same time as I had experienced fast heart beats and felt unwell. I could still continue my cardio class to attend but do not recommend to do the same ! It was like a heavy heart and struggle to breathe. If you are not a good swimmer possibly you will get anxiety ! Otherwise this is perfect . Stunning effects to bring ourselves to the next stages without much struggles! Light push would move you super far .
