Micronized Creatine Powder Optimum Nutrition

‘Made for me’, I look hot, I’m sexy and feeling myself. Seriously speaking… this Product is amazing, it’s tasteless but gives best strength and power, it also gave me gains in muscle mass.. this product is 🔥 , worthy🙌, and rewarding💪 if used correctly. From using it for the past 4 years, this product works miracles if taken just in water and sugar or just water. You can add in whatever but some things let them add on you! See

Excellent product. Helps the efficiency of absorption of proteins and recovery of muscle fibres. Less aches so able to train more productively. Creatine must be micronised to be 100% filtered through the liver or long term use could be a problem. Keep airtight dry or could have clumping in product. Take every day for body to store for use. Oh, and some storage in dermis. So less skin wrinkles.lol

I have been using Creatine for maybe 2 weeks now and I can definitely tell that I have put on some muscle mass and water. I guess if you are really into dieting and proper physical exercises than you will definitely see a difference. I usually weigh between 73-74kg without taking Creatine and daily exercises but since taking this I am able to hold weight on about 75kg and see more muscle definition. I mix this with my Oxyshred pre-workout as it is a bit difficult to be diluted in water. I recommend mixing it in with other drinks so you don't get to drink the leftovers in the bottom of your cup, which just feels like drinking sand. All in all I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to add to their gains and does not mind either dry scooping this or mixing ... MoreI have been using Creatine for maybe 2 weeks now and I can definitely tell that I have put on some muscle mass and water. Creatine is a fantastic supplement, even if you are not a body builder. Btw, Creatine has a half-life of 6-8 weeks in the body. Some users might have digestive issues if it is not dissolved. Any easy way to resolve this is to put about 4 oz of hot water in your cup or blender bottle and then add the creatine. Stir for a couple minutes and it should be completely or sufficiently dissolved. Add some cold water (I add Spring Water with a couple ice cubes). I then add my Whey Protein Powder and shake my blender bottle. Adding the hot water may be a slight inconvience but is worth it. Think of it as "pre-digestion".

Excellent creatine that dissolves well!

Creatine is one of the most studied supplement in the fitness industry, with over a thousand studies conducted since the 1990s. This particular type, creatine monohydrate, is the purest and most widely studied and has shown to have the best effect on muscle growth, recovery, and even power output. Great product for any athlete or health junkie that wishes to boost their performance. For those who are just starting creatine: you may start with a "loading phase", by taking 20g or 4 scoops for 5-7 days, before going to the "maintenance phase", taking 5g or 1 scoop per day. The only downside is that you may get digestive problems if you ingest too much at one go, which you might be able to avoid by taking 1 scoop 4 times a day instead of all 4 scoops at one time. Good product

This tub was way bigger than I expected. The Creatine powder dissolves quickly in cold water with no lumps and minimal shaking or stirring. Its flavourless, so its perfect for stacking with any flavour of protein shake or mixing in your porridge or yogurt. Already started feeling the benefits by the end of week 1 with almost zero aches the day after resistance training sessions.

User beware

I was getting excellent results in the gym using creatine, but at the same time I was getting a swollen and sore feeling at the prostate area. I know for a fact that this was caused by the creatine because I started and stopped taking it many times and sure enough, as soon as I started taking the standard dose, prostate would flare up again. On one hand, I didn't want to stop taking it because I had more strength at the gym but on other hand, I had to protect my health. I don't think that this would happen to everybody as we all have different genetics and vulnerabilities to environment and what we ingest, but it's worth paying attention to. You definitely don't want prostate to become inflamed, and if you do your research online you will find a connection between ... MoreI was getting excellent results in the gym using creatine, but at the same time I was getting a swollen and sore feeling at the prostate area. I did the online research after I started noticing flare ups and stopped creatine immediately. Please like my review if you found it helpful.
