Excellent product. Helps the efficiency of absorption of proteins and recovery of muscle fibres. Less aches so able to train more productively. Creatine must be micronised to be 100% filtered through the liver or long term use could be a problem. Keep airtight dry or could have clumping in product. Take every day for body to store for use. Oh, and some storage in dermis. So less skin wrinkles.lol

I guess if you are really into dieting and proper physical exercises than you will definitely see a difference. I usually weigh between 73-74kg without taking Creatine and daily exercises but since taking this I am able to hold weight on about 75kg and see more muscle definition.I mix this with my Oxyshred pre-workout as it is a bit difficult to be diluted in water. I recommend mixing it in with other drinks so you don't get to drink the leftovers in the bottom of your cup, which just feels like drinking sand. Creatine is a fantastic supplement, even if you are not a body builder. Btw, Creatine has a half-life of 6-8 weeks in the body. Some users might have digestive issues if it is not dissolved. Any easy way to resolve this is to put about 4 oz of hot water in your cup or blender bottle and then add the creatine. Stir for a couple minutes and it should be completely or sufficiently dissolved. Add some cold water (I add Spring Water with a couple ice cubes). I then add my Whey Protein Powder and shake my blender bottle. Adding the hot water may be a slight inconvience but is worth it. Think of it as "pre-digestion".

I was getting excellent results in the gym using creatine, but at the same time I was getting a swollen and sore feeling at the prostate area.
