Full spectrum of daily required vitamins for men!

This tabs contain all the vitamins and minerals that a male body needs daily. You will need to take 3 per day to get all the required dosage (need to take 3 as it is not possible to put everything in a normal/small size tablet. It would be too big to swallow if they would). Since they are regular size they are still easy to swallow. You might note a weird taste but make sure you take them with plenty of water and don't get shocked if your urine turns more yellow than normal. It is the body filtering out the excess vitamin not needed. In terms of results you will start to notice about a week to have more energy, hair, nails and skin texture will improve, etc.

I have a decent diet, in that I eat good, healthy, nutrient dense foods (for the most part - not including occasional fast food on the weekends or my odd cravings for ramen). The shortcomings in my diet relate to caloric intake and pacing of meals.
