My partner and I bought optislim to test out before we got the lady and man shake (I'm trying to lose baby weight) and I don't think I will be getting the lady shake because this one is amazing! I wanted a second shake once I had finished lol I doesn't taste like a meal replacement at all... more just like a treat

Nice choc mint hit. I add ice and use a high speed blender. As good as any sugar loaded milk shake.
I like the flavour, I have tried it both hot and cold. A little grainy though towards the end.
I really don't like the taste, Opti Fast is better. Plus disappointed when he bought this by mistake he couldn't swap it for Opti Fast even though it was the very next day and had his receipt, will never spend money in this store again
Fantastic flavor, easy to mix. Just add to water. Stay full to much longer than other brands. No heavy or gassy feeling.
I bought these shakes to break up the monotony of other shakes I use which are cheaper in bulk (eg chocolate). A little bit more expensive than others (that’s why 4 star not 5) but otherwise they are very nice.
