This product mixed with trim milk is really nice. Banana flavoured Optislim platinum is a favourite and great value for money. It’s easy to mix in a small blender and stores well as is in an individual packets so you can always rely on mixing the correct amount highly recommend and lost 13 kg in 9 weeks

A product that works

Okay, so I bought this ages ago and it sat in the cupboard, I hated the thought of just having a shake. Well I wish I had done it sooner. I started them this week and I'm so impressed with how easy it was. The flavour is great, it's not super strong but at least it does take like chocolate and honestly, I can say I've enjoyed them. I feel good and after the first day my sugar cravings seemed to have just disappeared. I am going to continue on this journey and see where I go, I'm looking forward to the final result.

Coffee flavour

I have only been on this for three days using for breakfast and lunch then usual dinner. I found it a bit sweet as I don’t have sugar in my coffee so am now mixing with 500ml of water instead of 200ml skim milk. Tastes great and I can use the 200ml milk allowance for my cups of tea throughout the day. I haven’t weighed myself yet but fingers crossed.

Creamy and delicious

This one was my favourite. Nice thick creamy banana shake with a hint of sweet and saltiness. Lost up to 2kg in my first week, had enough energy to get through the day and found the shakes filling but did take about 2-3 days to adjust to lower calories to what I was used to. Happy with this product.

Great taste, keeps me full, low calories

Great taste, keeps me fuller than other shakes plus it is over 50 calories lower than rival shakes. If you stick to the shakes and manage to get through the first 3 days, you will loose a lot of weight. People who say it doesn’t work just aren’t sticking to the diet. And the taste is great, I have no idea what other people are on about. Taste like an iced coffee. It’s just extremely hard to stick to if you’re not motivated enough. I lost 5kgs in the first 2 weeks and by the end of the month I lost 9kgs.

Great to loose weight but-

Purchased optislim platinum VLCD after a long time of investigating other shakes and diets. I wanted to loose weight quickly and effectively. So I replaced all meals except dinner with a shake, and just reduced my dinner sizes drastically. I lost 20kg in 16 weeks. The results were slow at first but stick to it and you will see. However, once I started introducing new food to my diet the shakes soon stopped and I had gained it all back 2 years later. So feel unless with the right dietary training and changing your diet this is a quick fix that doesn’t work long time. So just be cautious to take steps to change eating habits also as the shakes aren’t a permanent solution, but definitely a great first step to drop the weight.

It works but hard to stick to.

I’ve needed to loose weight quickly and this product is good for that so long as it’s only used in the short term (a few weeks just to kick start the diet) I lost 2kg in the first week, then averaged 1-1.5kg pw the following. However it is initially very salty in flavour (all flavours have this issue) and hard to get use to. I’d recommend just using the shakes to replace one or two meals, unless you’re on a crash diet, as otherwise it’s overwhelming to try and stick with it all day everyday. It’s also surprisingly filling for only 1 cup, let it hit your stomach and work it’s magic and you will realise it works well to curb the appetite.

Optislim Platinum Chocolate 21 pack

Didn’t realise you needed 200ml low-fat milk thought incorrectly just water like a similar product I bought prior. I read reviews and many liked so thought I’d try. Though I’d personally rate it even least favourite with strawberry of other brand I had prior. Will stick to chocolate of prior brand and add my tspn coffee powder, to make it more palatable, and don’t have to worry about buying low-fat milk to mix with it.

The battle of the belt weapon of choice

So lets get some perspective, Im overweight thanks to Christmas. So going to need some assistance on shedding this extra cargo. Have usedmany of the products on the market, but keep coming back to optislim due to limited success. Then I found the premium version. Results somewhat improved. Taste was the same. But felt full? You bet. Results at the end of the box. Sure was. Easy to stick to... we its good but it was not that good. Do I recommend this for those who want to try a long term weight management program? Yes, I do and am currently on mine.
