Do not appear to be made for European market

I reserve judgement as I have yet to use one of these brushes. The packaging, whilst identical in superficial appearance when compared to UK products, is clearly produced for Africa/Arab/Asian markets rather than European. It does however indicate manufactured in Germany for Proctor & Gamble. The brushes appear identical to the ones which came with the brush body but the fibres are white/green/blue rather than white/green on the original. I am hoping that these are OEM brushes packed for different world markets.

FAKE replacement heads! DOES NOT FIT PRO 1000

FAKE replacement head! Does not even fit onto the Pro 1000 models snuggly, but instead slides side to side and up and down, making it easily pop off the brush handle. The brush head is also weirdly larger than the real Oral B brush head, and the bristles are not as closely packed on the fake, meaning less efficient cleaning. I'm not sure why the listing and the Oral B representative responding to the reviews here says this will fix the Pro Series because it DOES NOT!You're not purchasing from Oral B; you're purchasing from a third-party seller and apparent scammer "Bradley Sales." Should instead be BRADLEY SCAMS!

Not happy.

The one tooth brush lasted 5 days, then never came back on. Recharged, but still nothing. Just a flashing battery light. The second tooth has now been in use for 4 days and is still working. Both brushes are quit noisy compared an Oral B toothbrush i had a while ago. That last several years with a fantastic battery life. Just going on Boots website now to see how to return the item.

Product Had Been Opened

I don’t know if these are legitimate Oral B toothbrush heads or not. The shipping box they came in looked used. It was completely smashed up and wrapped in layers and layers of tape. Then the actual product box had a broken seal. It had been taped back shut. Inside the product box, the individually wrapped toothbrush heads were all over the place. Some were glued down to the inside of the box and some weren’t. Overall it did not feel like a trustworthy product and I can’t see myself ordering again.

Seller Non-Communicative

As I never received the product, this is not a review of the intended product purchase but an honest review of ULMT as a 3rd Party seller for Walmart. This seller is not reliable. They do not respond to emails. I received one of two separate orders from them but was ghosted on 3 attempts to communicate with them regarding my missing order. Be forewarned, it's hit or miss if ordering from them. 50% reliability is only acceptable as a baseball batting average or as a 3 point basketball wingman, definitely not as a seller fulfilling orders!

Somewhere Along the Supply Chain

I only received 5 out of 10 Oral-B heads, in what appeared to be an unopened manufacturer package. The packaging (manufacture & Sam's) was in great condition. Except for an over excessive amount of hot glue on the Oral-B manufacturing box. The Devil's Advocate in me worried that somewhere along the supply chain, the product may've been tampered with. A person with sticky-fingers could've taken the 5 out to re-sale (doing so every here & there)?? Or, it may have been an innocent accident; however, it does look like packaging was hot glued to keep the 5 brushes in place. It also appears that the area where the consumer tears off the middle section, was hot glued; to give the appearance that nothing was out of the ordinary. To ensure another customer isn't inconvenienced, feeling a little robbed; & to prevent any potential theft, Shipping departments (manufacture & retailer) should quickly place items on scales, to make sure every identical product (i.e., these expensive Oral-B replacements) weigh exactly the same each time. Flagging the items that aren't conforming! I'm assuming this untampered/unopened package should've weighed about 4oz, if all 10 were there; so, my package at 3 oz should have been flagged & removed immediately (Please excuse the condition of very old & dusty scale in photo)! Otherwise, an unhealthy, bad acting employee, unjustly trying to enrich themselves, does so at the expense of the reputable companies employing them. Causing the customers to take time & energy pointing all this out (thinking the worst). I tried calling Oral-B. immediately after opening the box tonight, in hopes they'll send the missing 5 brush heads. They were closed for the evening; so, I'll try again on another date! I was going to return to Sam's (initiated return earlier); but decided to go this route instead. Hopefully I'll be made whole & changes, for the better, will come out of this ordeal! I'm extremely perturbed whether it was intentional or not! ~The light package came from the Sam's Club Pheonix, AZ distribution facility...

These are really good brush heads!

I just bought a two pack of Oral-B Crossaction X rechargeable toothbrushes, and though three brush heads were included, I went ahead and bought ten more. I was used to putting a new one on every month, but these are supposed to last for three months each, which would be great. I really like the way these work and I can tell a difference already after I brush my teeth. They work so much better than the old ones I used on my now dead other rechargeable toothbrush. I think these were on sale, too, so that was good. They'll last quite a while.

OK, so I have been using my new brush head for two weeks from tomorrow, these are my thoughts.Last year I replaced my old Oral B electric toothbrush with the newer Pro 2 2500 CrossAction Electric Toothbrush and that was a great step up in terms of feeling that my teeth were cleaner, the addition of the Oral B CleanMaximiser CrossAction Brush has made an even bigger difference to my tooth and oral hygiene. Aesthetically, the new black brush I chose looks good on my toothbrush too!I can particularly feel the difference along the gum line. This is really important for me as I have existing gum recession along my upper molars. Let’s see what it looks like in another couple of weeks!I wanted to check out the brush head properly before trying the Oral B Sensitive & Gum Calm Original Toothpaste that cam with my test pack, so that I could tell the difference made just by the brush first. Toothpaste trial starts tomorrow!The new brush looks quite different to my old brush head, its bigger, the individual brushes are more defined, with larger spaces between them and the brushes are angled rather than at 90 degrees.All in all, really pleased with the performance of the new brush head and honestly, will be changing to it for the future. At the end of the day, our teeth are as important as any other part of the body and good dental health impacts on so much more than just your mouth.One happy customer!
