Oral-B Gum Care Compact Toothbrush, Extra Soft, 1 Count

I normally use a electric tooth brush but got this from my hygienist after a cleaning to use while on short trips away from home. I was really impressed with how clean the surface of my teeth felt. The extra fine bristles act almost like a microfiber cloth for your teeth but very gentle. I am also a fan of the nimbus tooth brush but it is hard to get in Canada. So this is alternative if someone is looking for a similar product.

Have sensitive gums? This is the best toothbrush you’ll ever find! The bristles are “extra soft” and are the softest I’ve found which is what my dentist recommended for me. The head on this is the most compact I’ve ever found which is critical for me because I have a very small mouth which makes the average sized toothbrush impossible to get in to clean the back teeth well. This is the only toothbrush I’ve used in the last 2 years and will continue to be the only one I use!

I'm 33 and it's taken me until now to find the right toothbrush for me. I have a teensy mouth and sensitive teeth, so the compact head and the soft bristles are super helpful in ensuring I can get to all my teeth comfortably. Highly recommend for those with sensitive teeth!

BEST for sensitive gums!!!

There wasn't anything I disliked about this toothbrush! I am older and have soft teeth. My gums are in great shape and I take great care of them but they get so sensitive at times i can barely brush. without this EXTRA SOFT brush and just going slow i couldn't brush during those times and I'm sure that would just make matters worse. It actually feels good on your gums because its not so hard like other brushes are!!! That's the truth!!! Don't forget to buy your tongue scraper (and flosser, lol mine has a handle on it which makes it easy to use and reach the back teeth)if you don't get the plaque off your tongue it goes right back on your teeth that you just brushed ,not to mention it gives you nice fresh breath and a great overall feeling in your mouth. You get one choice when shopping for an extra soft toothbrush but this does the job. A lot of people count on you to keep it in the store bc of their dental issues, whether it be gingivitis, sensitive gums or they just like the softest brush!! I for one would hate to go back to a regular toothbrush!! The price is a bit high in my opinion however for just one, especially for folks on a very poor budget but I'm happy i can get it so I hate to complain. Thank you for listening.

Best of all the EXTRA SOFT brushes

I have to agree with one of the other people who said that the head of this brush is smaller and therefore fits in the back of your mouth easier to get those molar teeth. I never liked regular sized toothbrushes bc I felt like they were too big for my mouth. I have TMJ which stands for Temporomandibular Jaw Dysfunction which is just a big word for when your jaw doesn't line up exactly right on one side and it pops and hurts. That's the short of it. A smaller brush helps people with TMJ so they don't have to hold their mouth open so wide for so long. I also tend to have very sensitive gums sometimes and the extra soft brush is a necessity!! i couldn't brush without it!!! I take good care of my gums teeth and since I been using this brush which i came across by mistake one day, my check ups have been much better! The hygenist noticed my gums weren't bleeding like before and a real nice pink shade which is what they like to see. I told her about the brush and she game me another one before I left! She commented that softer brushes are better and more gentle on the enamel of your teeth. Since my gums feel so good the flossing doesn't hurt either!! If it doesn't hurt you'll be more inclined to brush every day. I love this brush and that it comes in a 2 pack since I change it approx every 4 months. I have a handle flosser and a tongue scraper too. My mouth feels really fresh afterwards. I use Aim toothpaste bc it tastes good ,does the job and is inexpensive. Keep up the good work Oral B!!! , and i will too !!!

Best tooth brush for sensitive gums.

Fave tooth brush. Some of the extra soft bristles don’t actually clean. I like this brush because it is really gentle but thorough.

My daughters love it

My daughters ages 5 and 9 love these toothbrushes. They are easy to hold with a nice grip. The brush head has soft bristles soft enough for kiddo gums and teeth. They also love the shape of the brush as it's not too big, not too small, just perfect for their oral needs. I bought the multi package where each girl got one. Will buy again,

No irritation

I love this toothbrush. I have dealt with sensitive teeth and a receding gum line since I was 16 (30 now). This is the only toothbrush that I have been able to use that doesn't irritate my mouth further. It reaches my back molars easily and the bristles are as labeled extra soft. My mouth always feels clean. Toothbrush holds up well.

Very good Compact head toothbrush (very rare to find)

I’m an Asian female and most of the manual toothbrushes are too big for me. This toothbrush is one of very few of small toothbrushes you can find. I see all electrical toothbrush heads are tiny and wonder why manuals ones are so huge. Manufacturers should reconsider the size. Too big toothbrushes don’t clean your teeth well.

I was hesitant to buy these toothbrushes because of the price but did it anyway while I was at the store today. I'm so glad I did. First of all, I really am impressed by the tongue scrubbing abilities. I've never had a toothbrush clean my tongue as fast as this one. Not only that, but my tongue has never gotten this clean even with an actual tongue scrubber that other toothbrushes have. Moving on to the more important parts, the bristles aren't as soft as I expected, but they didn't hurt my gums as much as usual. I do still have a recovering section of gums from an extraction I got 4 months ago that is pretty sensitive so I didn't expect it to be totally painless, but it was way less painful.
