I echo the complaints of other reviewers, especially the lack of visible indication of the mode. I have an old oral B electric toothbrush and didn’t expect this to be better but it really is. Really pleased at how clean my teeth were after using this. Both the look and in the feel of my teeth. Glad I took the plunge. My old one didn’t keep its charge for that long anymore so that’s why I bought this one. It’s greatly improved on the version I had already. I can't fault the brush head, it really does what it says on the label - I have a couple of gaps & difficult to reach back teeth where my current Oral-B Pro does not remove the plaque. I am really impressed with the Oral b io series 3 toothbrush. I choose the pink colour. Just to be girly. The toothbrush is attractive, slim-lined and a good weight to it. I have a little difficulty attaching the head but if I take my time I get it positioned just right..I'm in the process of trying the 3 settings , I am on to number 2 at present. Tbh I really like this toothbrush. I am used to an electric one I've been using them for years , my fitst ones were Oral b battery powered. I think this is toothbrush is excellent my teeth certainly feel cleaner , polished and my gums I feel are getting a good massage too. At first I was very happy with the brushing performance of the Oral-B io3 toothbrush, but after a few months mold started growing in the handle where it connects to the brushhead. I first noticed it when a black residue was coming out of my mouth when rinsing after using the io3. There is no easy way to get into the area where the brush attaches to the head, so I tried using my waterpic to clean it out. A significant amount of accumulated mold was forced out, and I attached a new head. I started storing the brush handle upside down so the handle could dry better, and placed the brushhead on a stand so more air could get to it. A couple of weeks later the mold was back. I contacted Oral-B with the issue. They were very polite, and offered me a 25% discount on my next ... I jumped at the chance of this bargain as have had my Oral B toothbrush for more years than I can remember and is now constantly left on charge as the battery is definitely on the way out. I found that with my old Oral B brush I have not been using enough pressure when cleaning which has resulted in a build up of plaque.
