I echo the complaints of other reviewers, especially the lack of visible indication of the mode. I would mostly use the sensitive mode but there seems little difference between any of the modes (despite the impression given by the illustrations on the packaging and leaflet) so you're left guessing whether you've got the right one.Zero marks for the no-text instructions. Bluetooth connectivity for guidance and monitoring of brushing is one of the chief features boasted by Oral B but not, it seems, available to all.Thank goodness for QVC returns.

I have an old oral B electric toothbrush and didn’t expect this to be better but it really is. Really pleased at how clean my teeth were after using this. Both the look and in the feel of my teeth. Glad I took the plunge. My old one didn’t keep its charge for that long anymore so that’s why I bought this one. It’s greatly improved on the version I had already. I bought the pink version as the black one would show toothpaste splashes too much. It’s a nice pretty pink.For those moaning about the 2 pin plug. All oral B toothbrushes are like that, going back years. You just need to buy a cheap adapter if you don’t have a shaving socket in your bathroom. Ok love the toothbrush ... but. I can't fault the brush head, it really does what it says on the label - I have a couple of gaps & difficult to reach back teeth where my current Oral-B Pro does not remove the plaque. This does & my teeth were definitely cleaner. Here's the"but" bit😁. Like other reviews have noted, you have no idea what cycle its on & the instructions such as they are do not make this clear. I had to utube to find this helpful insight! To be honest all the brush cycles felt the same to me & the range of disco lights from the handle were not helpful, just annoying! I'm not sure if this only applies to me but the faster rotations meant I got toothpaste over the mirror, t-shirt etc🤔I.
