The young lady at the Lloyds counter was totally incompetent. We had to wait a long time whilst she wandered around, with no idea, looking for the order of the lady in front of us. She then involved the pharmacist and they both looked around before finding her package next to the counter. We then had to experience that same chaotic search, where she clearly had no idea what she was doing, before finding our package. At one stage she asked us ‘is it a fridge item?’- when it was a toothbrush!!! What a complete disaster. I do not suppose that you will wish to record this abysmal experience. It would be nice to hear from you with your reaction to this poor customer experience but I will not hold my breath.

The product was recommended by the dentist at the dental hospital. I feel it provides a much superior clean compared to my old manual toothbrush. The red ring of light is great at indicating when I'm pressing too hard. The body can get a bit slippery to hold when it gets wet but with practice I'm able to avoid getting it all wet when using it. The charging time is longer than expected; approx 22 hours to full & the little green LED indicator doesn't stay on solid to indicate its fully charged so I have to fiddle with the wireless charging base to see if it is or not. The specs say on a full charge it will last you 2 weeks; when used for 2 minutes twice a day. I get about 10 days before low charge red blinking LED comes on. Arrived in the post today and to my disappointment it has 2 pin charger! I now have to purchase a plug adapter to enable me to charge it before I can use the toothbrush. I know hotels and some houses have 2 pin plug points in there bathroom but that is just not the norm in uk households so extremely disappointed with this backdated feature. Useless for the average consumer. Nowhere does it state on the packaging that its 2 pin, this should be clearly shown so that if needed can purchase the adapter at the same time. I now have to wait for another delivery before I can use it, very frustrating! Can’t even review the toothbrush because I can’t use it. Travel case seems really cheaply made white plastic though. Glad I got this in the sale it’s very lacking

Wasn’t too sure which electric toothbrush to go for and thought this was a decent one for the price. My teeth do feel a lot cleaner with it than a manual toothbrush. It’s a bit big and feels awkward but maybe it just takes some getting used to. I saw some reviews that complained about it having a European plug on the charger. It’s actually a plug for a bathroom socket, like an electric shaver for men would have. You can easily buy a cheap adaptor for it. Overall I’m pleased.

I purchased this to replace my more basic model of Oral B electric brush (the battery was eventually on its last legs).I wasn't looking for an expensive model, as my dentist tells me that my gums are in excellent condition. A good feature of this brush is that a 'red' ring flashes when your are exerting too much pressure during brushing, plus 3 different brush functions (for those with sensitivity who need more gentle brushing).Additional advantage is the choice of coloured handles so everyone's brush can be easily identified!Disadvantage: I do wish that the replacement heads were cheaper ......

I got this on the recommendation of my Dentist. 3-4 speeds, not quite sure as the instructions were a bit vague. Tells you when to move onto the following clean. Very Happy with it.Does a better job than a normal brush. Gets where a normal brush can't. Bit noisy at first, but hey it does the job.One tip, when you put the toothpaste on, don't turn it on before you use it. The paste flies off. Read the instructions first, unlike me.
Needed a new electric toothbrush & always used Oral B. Saw this on offer, read reviews & bought it. Really pleased with it. Powerful motor, nice colour, teeth feel really clean after brushing. Was worried about the tiny charging light but this his less obtrusive flashing next to my bed. Complete with travel case which holds the toothbrush and two brush heads. Great product & value for money.
