I was not aware of this version of oreo until i seen the promotion. I am so pleased I seen it and purchased the product. It is so much nicer than the original Oreo. The combination of crunchy biscuit and soft smooth centre is perfect. It reminds me of the taste if a custard cream. Very delicious and moreish. I was disappointed though that the pack which i bought was damaged. On opening the packet all of the biscuits were crushed and crumbled into pieces

Nice light, crumbly biscuits with just the right amount of crunch, sandwiching a creamy layer. Smallish, but still offers a few bites from each biscuit. Not too sweet, and the biscuit to filling ratio is quite good. The nicely textured biscuit contrasts well with the creamy middle layer.

Clearly these are nothing like nornal oreos as they taste of vanilla/ caramel, but tasty biscuits none the less. More like custard creams or foxs crunch biscuits. The pack didnt last long in our house. Bought as part of a promotion

I love standard Oreos. There is something special about them. These golden ones are quite nice also, but are on a par with a good quality similar biscuit like Foxes. Nothing special, but the quality and consistency is there for sure. I bought these as part of a promotion, and would only buy them again if on offer.
I haven't had golden oreos in years but remembered loving them. What happened!? They taste so artificial now. They used to be like better custard creams but they are unpleasant now.
the most bland tasting vanilla cookies going. why did asda discontinue their own ones?! they were cheaper and tastes much better.. Oreo products, being an american brand has the same rubbish taste that appeals to the american palate . What's worse they have mostly rapeseed oil as their main fat component instead of sunflower like asdas original ones
